Carrara Indoor Sports Stadium

Very good venue, lots of space and very clean amenities. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful.

Great place, very good access to all venues, plenty of coffee and take away outlets, we had a great day.

I was told Carrara venue was open for shoot around over the phone by a lady at 2: 30pm. Drove all the way there at that time and then told it’s not. There was a old tall guy who worked there that did this very dismissively. No “sorry about that” or “apologies for the mixup” but told me check Facebook. Who the hell still does Facebook? The event staff is either getting too big for it’s boots or hiring increasingly negative staff. This is the Gold Coast. No need to act that way.

They don’t serve any beers, just disgusting. How can you enjoy a cheer leading competition without a beer in hand. Just disappointing. Other wise very good

They have great indoor basketball courts, good competition and fun in the men's basketball league. The staff are helpful and friendly. I haven't been down here in a few months but will head back down again soon.

Great place. Easy to fund lots of space to park. Was hot day but in the court was really nice and comfortable to keep 4 hours of training!

This stadium is airy and decked out to suit a variety of indoor sports. The cafe on the terrace overlooking outdoor fields offers great food and friendly staff. A great spot to be if your child is playing sport at the stadium!

This is a great multi-use facility that we use for basketball. Well maintained facility and we appreciate having a world-class stadium to play in. Shoot a rounds are nice and cheap for players to practice on the weekends.

Fun place, parking is good, nice stadium, good coffee, nice staff. Chips are great at the Cafe too.

Lack of security and what effort is there towards having bins emptied, disgusting for price of tickets you'd expect more.

I saw Eurovision Australia decides during my stay, easily navigatable to find seat, and every seat in the house is great

The new stadium is exceptional. My daughter plays basketball there and the experience is amazing. Truly a world class facility.

Both managers were extremely rude and unprofessional when demanding to see my medical exemption for not wearing a mask while attending a 5 day tournament. They called in security on the last day to target me and refuse me entry if I didn't show proof, about to come to blows before the meat head agreed he was in breach of section 94H of the privacy act and allowed me entry. He said management had told him because they were a private organisation they could ask for people's private medical information, he admitted he knew it was BS and couldn't do that.

What an absolute gem on the Gold Coast. It transforms from basketball to netball to volleyball to wheelchair AFL to god knows what else. It is huge, huge, huge! The cafe is good (although small) with an ok variety at an ok price (card only though, no cash). Parking is ample and undercover although in competition days it fills quickly. Courts can be hired on weekends for mates to shoot hoops for circa $35 an hour. Gold Coast Suns AFL team HQ is located there as well so may even spot a sports star!

Regular here for shoot arounds, facility is amazing always enjoy it. However, there’s one security guard who is always extremely rude, the security guard with the beard is always really sweet but the other one I’ve never had a nice encounter with.

Good venue, not a lot of waiting space out of the elements, in the case you need to wait outside or stand in a long line to enter. Hard to find shade outside, modern inside, lots of seating, generally pretty good.

The best hall I have ever been to, fantastically done by the architects, I really liked it. This place is really big and clean, good for every sports competition. It is simple and very qualitatively done.
