INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED
Loyal customer and fastidious with maintenance. Mid last year were informed we needed a new clutch due to a loud noise. Had replaced but machine still sounded rough. Week before Xmas the noise came back and were told the clutch again. Were advised non fixable issue with machine and that we needed a new one. Got second opinion from competitor only to find it wasn’t the clutch but the pump which when removed was bone dry of oil with bits falling out (not the only issue picked up that was missed in servicing with CCW). Did not make any demands from CCW but decided to let them know what had happened. CCW were prickly on the phone and washed their hands of us and any wrongdoing.

The only things worth buying is the chemicals of the shelfs any other service or items they will rip you off untrustworthy service

We purchased 5 dehumidifiers 2 were faulty on first use- we were told that they couldn't be fixed for up to 2 months and refused a refund. We ended up engaging the office of fair trade and miraculously equipment was fixed (It has still been a couple of months) Buyer Beware- spend money elsewhere and with a company that appreciates small business as well as bigger companies.

This is what happened to me last week when I ordered some chemicals from Carpet Cleaners Warehouse.

I am not happy with your service from last week.
I ordered a drum of Carpet rinse on Thursday at 12: 00 p.m, so I could get the chemical by Friday afternoon as I have a large job that I need to do first thing Monday morning, the chemical was not sent out on Thursday.
So I was online looking for someone else so I could get a drum of carpet rinse on Friday to get the Job done Monday morning when I received a phone call from someone who is new in your Brisbane office that lives up the road in Ormeau and she said she would drop the drum off to me on Saturday.
So I did not get a drum from OX2 products in Burleigh because she said she would deliver this to me Saturday but now because she failed to deliver it, I will not have the chemical I need to do the job.
I will no longer be buying your chemicals or Equipment from Carpet Cleaners Warehouse and I will be forwarding this email to the head Office to let them know how I have been treated, I know I am not a large customer, but that does not give you the right to treat my like I don't matter.

Thanks to Toby and the team. I have used CCW for the past 20 years. Im so greatful for the amazing service, advice, range of products, and getting my equipment fixed. A reliable business partner to have.

I recorded the other day where anne reckons that vacuums are not designed to suck up grass and leaves, I have never laughed so hard in my life. No other commercial vacuums that i owned needed a screwdriver to unclog daily. That vacuum isnt a vacuum a home vacuum would of been better than that vacuum but we shall see end of the day you stole my money and you have the vacuum. You are thieves

Thankyou Power Clean team for finding Air Blowers for No1 Carpet Cleaning. Last week when after chasing other suppliers said they had some but proved useless-Wayne was able to supply 5 Air Blowers within the hour! Great Customer Service!

Thankyou power clean for finding vac motors to suit our Blackmax portable. After chasing up other suppliers they could not help. Had our motors to us in 2 working days. As we are in central qld. Great customer service and very friendly. Highly recommend.
