I had an amazing experience dealing with Matt and Cho in Fortitude Valley. Their personalised approach to customer service makes the entire experience worthwhile, informative, and comfortable.

Andy from Carpet Call Capalaba was very helpful and thorough. He took the time to measure all the spaces and advice on the best types of carpets to suit our needs and budget. He brought in numerous samples for me to make an informed choice and then got us the best price.

I have purchased 5 big rugs from them, the seller was so nice at start and helpful during the sales, however during the process, he never explained any of the issues about the product, only the stuff that would drag me into buying real wool rugs, the next morning I went downstairs and there was a disgusting farm smell from the wool and he hadn’t mentioned there would’ve been a smell, I’ve talked with them and wanted to exchange, the first time they said I’ve got to wait 1 month for new products, then changed it to 3-4 months, we accepted that one too, and then was changed again to 6-8 months for another exchange, for now I’ve accepted that one with currently close to $5000 in his hands. My wife visited them and they said they can’t do anything during a month of having our money, we have to purchase without any testers. I’ve been stuck in this with all my money in their hands, I’ve waited almost 6-7 weeks and still no email back. Don’t trust this company or their products.

Mixed experience at this store. First time was excellent, it was carpet replacement for all our bedrooms. The sales guy John Offered us a really good price. The guys came in to do the installations were friendly. There was some minor issue after the installation, the guy came back on the following day and fixed it straight away.

Second experience was new timber floor to replace existing bamboo floor. The price was good when the sales guy quoted us. Then the Indian bloke came into our house to do the installations asked us additional $5600 for re-leveling the floor. They were saying my concrete slab flat enough to Australian standard.me, the old timber floor was fitted perfectly to the concrete slab and the reason we want to replace them is we don’t like the colour.it was originally Timer floor, and no difference to the new product they are installing. They basically put us in a position where all furnitures were moved outside and we have no opportunity to say no.

It was also close to Christmas time and almost impossible to get second opinion from other companies.

We had to get it done. Ended up paying $5000more which I think it’s absolutely unnecessary. All they did is to pour some self leveling cement to our floor. Easy money for them. Those things are like $20 per bag from Bunnings.

Highly recommend harsh and his team, they did an amazing job of flooring our entire house. Harsh is also extremely knowledgeable, approachable and communicated with us throughout the process, with multicultural backgrounds, me and my partner with happy with him, and he was also extremely reasonably priced, they also deliver what they promise. I tried a few other flooring shops and got the run around, I would highly recommend this company.

We needed the carpet on our stairs replaced and Anton was wonderful with us, even though it was a small job. Thank you Anton for your efficiency and care.

Love the carpet, not fussed on the ‘service’
We had carpets installed in January, after being promised they’d be installed before Christmas (they were half right). Every day since then I have been less and less happy with not only the laying of the carpet, which has left a lot to be desired, but also the absolute lack of interest from anyone in customer service as to whether we were happy with the job after all the drama we went through to get it laid. Would not recommend getting carpet from here.

Excellent customer service. Naveen offered to cut down a rug to our exact sizes and honoured a massive discount that would have expired by the time our order was ready. Very friendly staff from our interaction and he was patient and extremely helpful!

We went in to look at hard flooring and the service was appalling. The man spoke to us for 30 seconds and then wandered away completely disinterested. When I went over to his desk to ask a question he just looked bored and was quite rude. He did not even acknowledge us when we left the store.

Deep Parvadia demonstrated exceptional customer service. He not only assisted my grandfather last week, but with his exceptional customer service, friendly attitude, determination, and going up and beyond, he assisted us in our purchases. Deep is definitely a valued member of your store, and we will be definitely be back to that same store, and will highly recommend to all my friends and family.

I was helped by a very efficient young man by the name of Deep Parvadia. Choosing a couple of rugs for my home was very hard but Deep made it easy by explaining I could take my rugs home, free of charge and I had 24hrs to either return them or pay for them on the phone. So easy, I've been home 1hour and am already in love with my chosen rugs. Have rung Deep and they are paid for and are mine! Thank you Deep & Carpet Call.

I am very unhappy about my experience with Carpet Call MacGregor. Last Thursday I called in to look at floor rugs. I found one that I liked & salesman John quoted me $330 which he said was the Click Frenzy price. I asked how long the Click Frenzy was on for, as I thought my husband might like to see it before I bought it. John said that he didn't know when Click Frenzy ended, but regardless of that, he would honour that quote until 12: 00 the next day. So rather than rush back on the same day with my husband, I took him there to show him the rug the next morning. We wanted to buy it, for the quoted price of $330. John was in the store, but stayed behind the desk & another salesman (more senior?) served us. He said the Click Frenzy was over, it was now just over $400, but he rang his manager & said we could buy it for $380. When we said this wasn't good enough, he offered to throw in a free sponge (worth $20 or so), but would not reduce the price. In the end, we did not buy the rug, on principle, but did find a lovely one somewhere else. We believe that if you are quoted a price, that quote should be honoured. You obviously cannot trust the salesmen at Carpet Call!

Jonathan has been really friendly and willing to share his knowledge. His keenness to go above and beyond to ensure we get the best deal possible to our satisfaction sets him apart from the other competition we visited.

We found the rug we love with Jignesh's help. He recommended the 24hr no obligation free trial at home to make sure the rug we chose suited our room. Very happy with our choice and with his service, we even bought some door mats as well!

I met these guys called Peter, Ronnie and Jahli the A team, and they were so nice and very good at their job helped me arranged and folded the carpet that I needed not hire a ute to transport. The price was a great deal and I will recommend anyone to check them. I can't wait to return to get a rug.

Store Manager Raman Sharma being very helpful to choose a rug for our family room. He gave us lots of information about the rugs and always listen to our wants and thought to give the best product for us. I highly recommend Raman to choose your desire rugs for your family home. I would say it was 10 out of 10 service.
