Fabulous service on time plenty of help with Danny’s background in interior design he was really helpful and kind when I chose the wrong colour initially he bent over backwards to make me happy I was not well when we first spoke. It Danny was fabulous and changed the order bent over backwards and gave me the pillows for free his interior design skills really helped a great deal to match my decor thanks for coming back Danny looking forward to getting my new chair Roslyn Morton

So happy with the job done on my 26 year old 3 piece lounge suite. Could not have asked for more efficient staff and workmanship. The young chaps who picked up and delivered this suite deserve a medal. The suite was heavy and had to be carried upstairs around a bend - very awkward. They did it without complaint and a pleasant approach. Well done.

I've had a few things repaired here now. They've always done a good job, with their repairs being better than the original. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had a quote and accepted they did say they were busy and were going pick up the couch in a few days, that was last year, still no contact.

I am pleased to recommend Patrick and his team to all. We have used Chareton Upholstery a number of times for different projects and have always been impressed with the level of service from the first contact to the finished product and delivery. They have always been prompt and the cost of the repairs have always been fair and the results excellent.

We had two chairs (one antique) and one sofa reupholstered by Carleton. I don’t know the cost because my mother-in-law arranged the work as a gift. The sofa and one chair were completed with excellent results. However the antique chair had staples not driven completely into the back panel. They were about 2ml sticking out, and I wouldn’t have realised unless one staple caught my shirt. They took a little persuading to convince them there was a problem, but did rectify the situation within about 7 days.

I had a quote, from phill it was very high, as ive had things covered from other upholsters before so I had 3 other quotes done and they were with in $50 dollars of each other.not $2000 exrta. It pays to shop around
