Carina North Quality Meats

Been to this butcher twice as I'm a new local. I bought first time the Wagyu bacon sausages and a family grass fed beef pie. The family beef pie was small for 15 dollars. Second time I did buy another small family pie because i actually didn't mind the taste. And got the cheeseburger sausages. Hoping I'll like the sausages, as the bacon wagu weren't bad would be alright for a chicken sausage with cheese and bacon. Quite expensive but butcher not much range but okay. Wanted to try lasagna but I won't pay 35 Dollars for one that would just serve a family of four

Please take my idea on board about a chicken Bacon and cheese sausage

Veggies are fresh, and the steaks are great come directly from the abbatiors, not sure where, but it is good. Large range of goods, and well priced. No hot chooks but there is a chook shop in the same complex that has beautiful chooks. Also a bottlo. Butcher, bakery and a small coffee shop

Top butcher. Been shopping here for years and will continue to. Still shopping here. Always good

Great butcher shop. The Big Greek guy is always happy to chop up whatever cut of meat needed. Even the tough ones. 10/10

Always something delicious to try. Latest discovery is crumbed pork chops in air fryer @180 for 30mins!
Simply AMAZING.

Had their Chicken Rissoles last night.they were uneatable.all filla.no chicken.left them in the dog dish overnight.still there this morning.and he will eat anything.but turned down the Chicken Rissoles.

Went there once. Special offer, buy one kilo of chicken breast, get one for free. Nice deal, right? Problem is, the chicken breast was 20$/kilo

Not coming back, obviously.

I Recently took advantage of an offer with this butcher which was spend $100 and get 1kg of sausages and 1 kg of mince for free. I dont think the sausages where fit for consumption. They contained peices that looked like filler and plastics. I would not feed them to my dog. If I were a business looking to increase my customer base I would be supplying a quality product even if it was a deal. I would be looking for customers to become advocates for my business not throwing good food away because it's not fit to eat.
If you want to pay a fortune then they may have reasonable meat but some people can not afford to buy and throw away withoput eating. Very dissapointed as I was looking for an alternative to Coles and Woolies

My husband and I have been customers of Carina North Quality Meats for a number of years now. From wagyu steak to premade stir-fry's and anything in between, the quality and value for money is absolutely fantastic. The team are always ready to serve and their product knowledge is second to none. Why would you buy meat from anywhere else when you can get outstanding quality meat from your local butcher.

Convenient, consistently exceptional quality, great value in pack deals for delivery, loads of variety and the guys are all knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Best quality of meat! And better costumer service. I went yesterday to buy a special cut of ribs (cutted like south american style) and was a bit late so they had been washed everything. Anyway they did the cut for me. They were really kind and nice! Thank you so much! Fully recommend this buthcer.

One very sad experience.

We are locals and have been buying from this butcher quite often. We used to love his sausages and ribs. This time we bought 10 of his famous 1st price winner sausages and shared them with a couple of friends on a Sunday arvo. 2 of our guests mentioned there are some solid pieces in them. Then, I have noticed something solid in my mouth, too. Turns out there were foreign obstacles inside the sausages which seemed made of plastic and looked small and round. Similar to the ones which come with new shoes inside the box, designed to absorb moisture. So I took the remaining sausages and the foreign piece and went back to the shop. As an owner of a business I know how important feedback is and really appreciate everyone who takes the time. I showed the piece to one of the staff members and he immediately looked towards a colleage as if he knew what this was about. He didn't say a word though. His colleage came over and started to apologize. Then the owner approached us, looked at the foreign pieces and pointed out in very harsh way: "These sausages have earnt the 1st price at a contest. We sell 200 of them per week with no complaints. Just refund him". He then just walked away. He turned valueable feedback into garbage and threw it away.
A simple sorry would have done the job. I did not expect them to fall on their knees. I just wanted to deliver a messages like "hey, you better check the rest of them".

I met a staff member outside the shop shortly after and even he apologized to me on how the owner approached the situation. Very very poor customer service.

Seems like no quality at all at "Quality Meats" in Carina.

Great service, excellent range, and the cheeseburger snags.top notch. When I do brisket, I get them from here, as well as beef ribs. Great prices, really good quality meats.

Beautiful meat, interestingly presented; good advice about cooking it; importantly for me, the butcher is happy to put the meat in containers that I bring (avoiding plastic bags). Also, extended hours and home delivery if you want it - I don't, because I like going in there ️ I love this place.

Excellent selection & high quality grass fed beef. We especially like the lamb koftas. Not cheap but quality never is.

After visiting 3 other butchers in the surrounding suburbs found these guys, had a huge range of cuts, marinated meats ample flavours and animal types service was good will be happy to return
