Staff not that friendly they need to do better stock take so they have what people are looking for

The BEST Kmart. You don't feel you're in a maze and it's never cdazy busy. Covid messed with their stock a bit but I bet they're back to having everything you need once again.

Similar to other Kmarts really, crowded registers and staff that seem difficult to get assistance from. You shop here for the range of value for money products, but remember if you need to return anything that's a separate queue and set of registers way down the back corner of the store.

In my opinion this is one of the better EB games because despite not being an overly big store they always seem to have the niche collectors editions and items that other nearby stores dont. I often find myself going out of my way to travel just to find a particular item. Also the staff are quite chill and friendly.

Unfortunately shelves are looking a bit low due to the delays in merchandise. The staff are busy restocking when able.

This place is really starting to step up their game. The centre itself is now looking quite modern, compared to its previous dated & worn appearance. Much more appealing now to shop here.

Great little shopping centre, to just pop into especially if you don't want to spend too much time at the shops

The new parking is badly designed and disruptive. Should have diverted the cars around the back edges of the carpark instead of across the front where all the pedestrian crossings are.

I really appreaciate the effort everyones put into ensuring everyone is safe. I see the staff cleaning and maintaining social distancing whilst still being kind and friendly

It has lots of things you'll need. Supermarket, Kmart, pharmacy, phone stall, nail salon, hair dressers, coffee shop. Amongst other things. The toilets are clean and new

Cannon Hill kmark plaza is the big shopping centre in Cannon Hill. KMart, Coles, Woolworths, Subway, etc are here. Lots of parking available.

Everything you need without the huge crowds, plenty of parking, just need more shops at the plaza end.

Pretty good range over utmost other k marts you enter.
Didn't really require help but when I did it was really available

Even though I always shopped there with my family I found some staff rude and didn’t want to assist me with any queries.

Contacted the store regarding the issue and didn’t even get a return phone call or email to discuss the problem. The only reason I’m writing this negative review due to this happening at this store multiple times.

Cats are people too!

Four aisles for dog accoutrement, one for cats. I was looking for a scratch tower and there were none! No scratch boards, a puny selection of toys. Disappointing.

Awesome shopping centre with a great selection of major shops Woolies Coles Aldi Kmart Post Office Chemists Doctors eateries coffee shops specialty stores and even a Home maker centre Bunnings Super cheap Rebel sport pillow talk love this centre has everything I need and more.love it.
Take a visit it wont disappoint you.

It's Kmart. But I coincidentally found my exact size of a pair of pants that were reduced to clear - they were the last ones there.

Love this plaza, with the new changes I.e upgrade to the outside setting, I think the parking layout/junctions could be better. The pedestrian crossing is much safer now that there's a brighter walkway and marked pillars placed outside the entrance.

It's a huge store in a reasonably quiet shopping centre so It's nice just cruising around without a bunch of people trying to fly past you. Parking can normally be found close. Parent's with Prams spots are nice and handy to the crossings as well as click and collect. All around a great experience.

Great shopping center with easy entry. They have remodelled the car park with under cover parking. The biggest problem is the new parking area has car parks so tight to park in. They have really cramped the bays in leaving little room for medium to large cars. Expect car damage when you get back to your car. Its such a shame they did it this way.
