Very impressed with CameraPro. I purchased a Sony compact camera, and Gretchen gave me a lead time of 2 months via online chat. I placed my order the next day and Ricky notified me appropriately by email as well. 10 days later and it had arrived at my doorstep. A great surprise for Christmas!

Got my EOS R50 at Newstead since it was by far cheaper than anywhere else with the included cashback. Ginnie was more than patient as I wanted to try feature after feature and had to deal with card issues. Great service and prices and of course the camera's working beautifully.

Turned to CameraPro today to purchase my secondary camera and lens for our wedding photography/film business and these guys were amazing. I tried a number of other stores who either didn't call me back or didn't have the stock.

I buy a lot of audio visual gear online and CameraPro provided by far the best service I have received to date. I paid the extra ~$10 for express delivery and received my goods in just over 26 hours. Very impressive given that I live in Perth. Customer service was 5 star.

Have purchased many and varied things from Camera Pro, Newstead, Brisbane. Highly recommend them. Always super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Never pushy! Nothing is difficult. Always competitive prices and I’d much rather have great service and support than go elsewhere and maybe, save a few dollars (sometimes).

Excellent: as an outsider to the photography industry (just a pundit) I felt extremely welcomed at camera pro. The expertise of the wonderful/friendly staff made my customer experience easy and not at all intimidating (which is non-trivial when trying to wrap your head around all the decision one is faced with before purchasing expensive camera gear).
They helped me understand more about what I needed/wanted before wasting my money: for which I am greatly appreciative of.
CameraPro is not-at-all local for me but it’s the only place I go now and well worth the trip because besides the great range of gear; I really like the space and prefer the customer experience I get at camerapro far more than any other stores I’ve encountered.
