The team at Camera House are fantastic. We came in with a vintage camera as we’re having issues loading film. They didn’t hesitate to clean the lens, explain how to correct the issue and developed a roll of film in 1 day! Customer Service was second to none, highly recommend speaking to the team for all your camera or photography needs.

Great customer service, I had an old camera and they were happy to assist with what wasneed to make it work so I could pass it on to a grandchild

The young staff man (bloke about 40 or so), there really knows his business, very well versed about photography.

I come here to get film developed and my friends and I agree the staff are very friendly and helpful - excellent customer service and the film is developed quickly considering!

Friendly and interesting to ask about some things.price Wis.depends on what u buy. Online shopping V's shops Price. What I got was expensive I've seen the same thing, cheaper online.but if u have a problem it's easy to take it back to the store.

Everytime I have asked for a price match online manily as it's the most convenient for the same item which is cheaper somewhere esle the answer has always been No, while I understand camerahouse is business that needs earn money to survive. Why offer pricing macthing if the answer is always No?

Also why is camerahouse Soo pourly stocked with items, It might be a robbery prevention tactic which makes sense, But if camerahouse is worried about that, Then conisder storing stock in a lock room with security cameras.

Other than the above camerahouse at the Loganholme is a fantastic store for all your camera needs

While i do appreciate the customer service, i didn't like how cluttered the store felt in general. Presentation could be better in every aspect as well. Its hard to know what you are looking at and on top of that, the stock seemed low in general. It also felt very dark in terms of lighting.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Chris one of the owners, we were running a little late and I needed some gear in a hurry, Chris stayed behind after they were meant to have closed to chase down a lens I desperately needed, as well as just being incredibly helpful and friendly in regards to all my questions. On top of all that the prices were by far the best and lowest I have seen. IF THERE WERE MORE STARS I WOULS GIVE THEM!

I love how the staff are all different ages. Makes for a good staff balance. Food was good. Took a little longer than normal but was busy. Thanks team.

Service was excellent. Was very patient and helped us to load and get our photos today. A holding rack was Abit loose and accidentally dropped and chipped it sorry! Luckily no frames were dropped. But he was very kind and helped us to restock them back and was very understanding. Thank you!
