Helpful friendly staff and a great local business to support. We got a lot of what we needed for our new bathroom at great prices.

Thank you to Tina from the front counter at the Innisfail store for your wonderful service with help in loading Besser blocks into our trailer when the blokes on the floor were otherwise occupied!

I actually called to speak with the owner and "Kala" or someone.didn't get her name, bad pronounciation.put me thru to "Head Office". I heard many recordings about your products. Then the line dropped out. Do you close at 16.10pm?
Reading your reviews, it seems that you have a very good staff apart from reception who has decided to "File 13" me. After rgw second attempt, about 5 mins later, Natasha picked up the phone, being from an entirely different department and kindly took a message (not so hard) for the correct department as the PA had gone for the day. Cairns is a city and so I was shocked at the level of non-service. A pity!

Always very helpful, price comparable to competitors but take the time to give you advice on their products. Asset to Cairns

Very disappointed. We bought bathroom items and fittings. The initial enquiry in the bathroom centre was uninspiring. Luckily, we pretty much knew what we wanted but I would have been pleased for some advice, or even enthusiasm, from the salesperson. We requested a quote. From then on, we had to chase up on everything.we had to chase up the quote after 7 days, we were never advised when anything came in but had to chase up on that too. We gave 24 hours notice of when we would be coming in to pick up the large items. When we came in, the items were not ready and had to be searched for.

Cairns Hardware is a great, locally owned company. We were after some large bags of potting mix. As I have two artificial knees I am unable to lift anything over 20 kilos. The guy behind the desk was more than happy to load the 4 x 60 litre bags of potting mix onto the back of our vehicle for me. Very helpful and a great variety of products as one would expect of a leading hardware store.

Very wonderful service, I walked into the store and strat away I was greeted by a very nice person by the name of Katrina with a warm smile and hello can I help you.
From that point of time I had nice time and she went out of her way to help me.

Staff are always friendly, alternative range of goods with fair pricing and retains the feel of a Cairns local hardware business. The bigger retail hardware shops are often pricey. Five stars and 5

He beat the ‘big-box’ Retailer’s price, AND John also included the resizing of my decking timber in that price, AND is delivering the timber to my home for me as well! Top staff and top gear and will cut to length or sell singles of things and you would be suprised at how cheep them cant find anywhere elce items are.good old hardware as it use to be.

Had an experience with a nasty rude male. Reported to management who could not care less. Will never be back. How you have people like this working for you is beyond me.

of the team let them down abysmally.

I ordered crimsafe from Cairns Hardware in January.
Its nearly May!

I have called and emailed to chase them up half a dozen times now. Still no product just broken promises.

They are the WORST, most unreliable store and people I have ever encountered. Avoid this shop if you can to save time and your sanity.
