Cairns Hardware - Edmonton

Beautiful location with a wide range of equipment. I had to urgently repair the toilet in my accommodation after my companion demolished it by flushing a whole pack of undigested waffles during extreme salmonella poisoning. Fortunately, Reuben gave me good advice about sanitary equipment despite my broken English. Kudos to him!

Had to find a fixing we needed to install a new rangehood, found it here, it was a pipe expander, glad we found it here, so we didn't have to drive all the way to bunnings yay, thank you
Sunday afternoon

Went into Cairns Hardware Edmonton this week for a DIY home project and was instantly approached by team member Breece asking if we needed assistance. Breece was able to provide us with exceptional customer service. Breece’s range of knowledge was above and beyond, he was able to provide us with the help we needed within all aspects of our DIY project that ranged from paint, screws, tools and timbers. Breece took the time to listen to exactly what we were wanting and was patient with us through each step. We could not have asked for a better experience. Young workers over the weekend were useless. Went in their multiple times over the weekend. All have an attitude, minimal product knowledge and no initiative to ask other staff more knowledgeable staff for help when they cannot answer questions.

Had lovely help from a young gentleman today. I swear I must have sounded extremely useless as I knew exactly what I wanted, but I have no clue for specific names of tools and bits and pieces, i just know how to use them! Turned out I was in need for a grinder blade to cut through metal and a screw bit for the drill and i also bought a pack of other bits for the drill. Anyhow, he helped me find what I needed and I actually completed all my to do list items today because of it - as per pic - cut the excess from the metal pickets that was an eyesore.so much appreciated.:) Jade.

Nerelle colour matched some paint for me the other day. I only went in with a small sample and Nerelle matched it perfectly thank you very much.

Just finished visiting Cairns hardware Edmonton. Tried to look for U-bolts. Went to the trade counter and their was 5 pink uniforms behind the counter. I asked for help, but the foriegn accent service representative said "you have to ask someone from inside the main shop". I explained there is 5 of you, surely someone can help me.
I felt deflated and ignored.
First time I have been refused help.

Why can't I search for an item on the Web pages without having to ring and ask or drive to the shop what am I missing.

Sunday a young woman and young man at Edmonton Store, most helpful in my need to start my mower especially the young woman, her advice saw my mower starting first go. Thankyou

Narelle in the paint section in Edmonton store was amazing. So helpful with choosing colours for my daughters room and a pleasure to deal with. I want to paint the rest of my house now just so I can see and deal with her again. Her little side kick Nate was also great.

Needed information on three different jobs and the three staff that helped me were knowledgable in their fields and most helpful with recommendations. Very satisfied customer.

Good hardware shop on Southside. Ok range. Good prices. UPDATE. They have renovated the shop. Good friendly staff

I always get good service. They load salt or soil bags into the my car. It's very helpful. Staff polite and very helpful. Highly recommend. Lot more personal attention then the bigger competition.

Not really happy with knowledge and service from this place. More Retail then helpful experience. Give it a miss if you are looking for staff to help.

Excellent friendly service during the week. I went recently on a Sunday a walked around looking for something while 3 young staff stood there chatting away.

Very good. We are living nearby & new to Cairns so this Shop is very handy especially whilst renovating our house.
