Hopeless got there at 2 50 only to be told they close at 4 so could only do hot chips everything else was off, just seemed all to much trouble to serve their customers lucky they have no competition

Nice out of the way spot. The food prices are more than reasonable, and fresh bread and salad. Lost one star as waitress served our food to another table, and they were willing to take the change of order until we hailed her back.

Great value for money - cheeseburger was full of flavour and a great size for someone with an appetite.

Great little store for forgotten necessities and last minute quick grab or sit and eat and relax

If you are vegetarian bring your own food at all costs. Veggie “pattie” is tinned legumes poured on top of 1 piece of lettuce and 1 piece of tomato and squished in between a bun. The 1 star is for the mediocre chips cooked in dirty oil.

Overpriced. Smoothie, cup of coffee, caramel slice, coconut slice $33. I mean really. Caramel slice had melted by the time I got it. Wife's coffee was cold. Never again

I'm not sure I agree that the beef rib burger is "the best burger in the world" as someone mentioned. The cheeseburger was much more tasty. The tutti frutti juice was very nice.

Good to come here to help support the locals

It seems to be super popular and very reasonably priced and it's in a very nice part of the world. Would certainly go there again.

Brilliant, fresh food, really clean and so lovely to be sitting out amongst the bush would eat here everyday.

Beautiful little cafe with a lovely atmosphere and great food. Meals were reasonably priced and the staff were lovely and very prompt with our meals. The little Bush Flow Herbals store on the deck smelt amazing and the lady was helpful and knowledgeable. We will return when we can

We stopped in for lunch, ordered a couple of curried lentil vegi wraps and chicken and avo wrap, all where delicious, service was quick, shop has a wheelchair ramp, cover seating area as well as garden seating, great experience,

Had lunch here great food. A rustic style general store that has it all including fuel and firewood, a great open area to sit and eat as well. I had the rib burger with the works for my lunch let me tell you I struggled but it was amazing, Kim had the cheese burger she said it was the best ever (I will take her word for that as she would not give me any). Staff were nice and polite and place was nice and clean.
Would highly recommend a stop over if you are out here, have a feed and a beer or wine as this place is also licenced as well amazing right.
Do yourself a favour.
Another amazing surprise is the best sausage rolls in the world, I was so disappointed today when they had none left got to be quick for those.

Ordered a couple of steak sangers for lunch. A tasty treat! Good atmosphere, nice cool deck and friendly staff - what more could you want! Come here and treat yourself.

Met the owners out and about with their lovely daughter Milly. All though I haven't visited their store, if it is any indication of the friendliness that they both exhibited, I would highly recommend.

Love this little cafe/bar tucked away in the bush at Byfield. Staff are lovely and food is great.

Very good food and coffee in the cafe next to the petrol station. Great for a stop over or just relax a bit with a cold beer.

Great stopover for meals, friendly staff. About a 38klm drive from Yeppoon. Fuel available and general groceries. If you're spending the day sightseeing in Byfield I highly recommended a meal at the By field General store
