BWS Prince of Wales Drive reviews
9We have recently had a refit and renovations and are looking very 2022! We have a much larger selection of spirits than ever and have increased our locals range for craft beer as well! Pop in and visit us soon.
If you don't mind being ordered around like they don't care that your a paying customer then go there
Better now that they've staff who realise it's a drive-through not an opportunity for staff chatting.
Really friendly team, great selection for a small store, no need to get out of your car with the drive thru option and a lot of close carparks if you want to.
What happened to customer service? There was a woman and an Indian guy there that served us tonight, not sure what was wrong with them but they were just rude, apathetic and not bothered. Gave one extra star because my partner was a regular there for years and it was fine but the last couple of times were really disappointing.
Good staff who appreciate a hotel that remembers their primary role is to sell beer. Good food from $10 or so.
At approximately 6 pm on Saturday 11th of May I was waiting patiently in the drive through lane. As this was the first time I've had to wait I realized there was a problem. When I finally got served I asked the staff member are you alone. She responded "yes". Really I thought. It is Saturday night and you have one female staff member working alone. What are you thinking? Is this another cost cutting policy of Woolworths and to hell with the safety issues. Shame on you. BTW your staff member was very efficient when I finally got served. One star to Woolworths, 5 stars to the staff member.
Really poor behaviour by both the women working on 14th jan 2019 night shift. Treatment is based on the skin colour here with these women.
Super friendly guy today, standard BWS prices as expected, but I got my choice of poison on a decent sale! Quiet store, I’m happy!
