BWS Indooroopilly Drive

Drive-through is very convenient, but only if there is nobody shopping or any traffic. If there are more than like 6 cars there you won't be able to shop and have to do a loop or leave.
The staff has always been friendly and prices represent the same as every other BWS. The store layout is good but I can't solidly recommend it due to the difficulty to get in during any traffic times.

I ordered wine from this store using BWS online. They took my money but were unable to deliver. I asked for a refund, but they were unable to process it. They referred me to a customer service line which was not operational.

The hapless store workers weren't able to do anything. It wasn't their fault - BWS systems are incompetent.

They did finally deliver it the next day.

This area smells, is congested, too small which is absolutely the fault of the venue management and staff working. If you get frustrated around here, you know who to point the finger at.

5 Stars to Molly for the lovely greeting and customer service this afternnon. I have come here a few times over the last 6 months and am always impressed by freindly staff and speedy service.

5 stars well deserved, I have visit the store as a customer and Jimmy driver and as both the service has always been extraordinary, big shout out to Nathan his customer service is amazing, giving the best advice, willing to always help with the best attitude.

Got IDed as soon as I walked into the store. Then about 1 minute later was told to leave, because my mate who dropped me off needed to have an ID. I was buying a drink for MYSELF not the person who was my designated driver. The girl who was working around 9: 30 last night 24/07/21 needs a to get a grip and understand someone who is dropping me off to a party is obviously not going to be drinking and driving. Kicking me out was beyond unnecessary specially when I am 18 AKA legal. Never coming back, didn’t appreciate her threatening to chase me out of the store either when I was more than compliant to leave. Ended up going to BWS Toowong so she didn’t really gain much, I still got my alcohol, Good try though!

Appreciate the licensing laws but unsure if you need to be 18 to even enter the shop. My 20 year old (ok, close enough to 18) was immediately asked for ID on entry. Not just at purchase.
Surely you can buy soft drink there?

Awesome variety of products and nice staff except for just one guy who seems to be always in a grumpy mood.

Staff were helpful and polite even whilst dealing with customers that were rather rude at the same time.

My husband and I came in and parked, from the moment we started driving in the man at the counter was looking at our car (the car needs a serious paint job) just staring and when my partner came out the car the guy was staring at me then followed my husband around with his eyes like he was going to take something and run away. I had lost my ID while we were moving interstate after having to pack everything into a removals truck and haven't had the time to get myself a new one. I came for the drive When my husband was about to pay he was refused the drink because I didn't have ID (Which is fare if I haven't been there a million times before with friends and they never asked while I was in the car) even though my husband said the person behind the counter never asked for the 2 gentleman's ID before him. I am pretty sure he was just discriminating because he probably thought we were some kind of drug addiction or something just because of the look of our car.

He said it was because I looked under 25 (very flattering that's never happened before and the legal age is 18 just in case you didn't know) and I asked him so if I had my child with me would she need ID?

since I look so young what would stop you from thinking she wasn't my child? And I'm just supplying to a miner?

My mother and I get mistaken for siblings all the time.so if I was under 18 and as a single mum she wanted to get drinks for a party you wouldn't let her? (because you said my husband bought more than enough for more people and I look under 25)

Rude discriminate person

This is the one place I'm NEVER buying from again and if with friend ask them to go elsewhere.

The guy at counter was so rude and arrogant.
He was doing his final counting I think when I approached him to make my purchase and no customer service at all.

Be careful that the drinks you get out of the fridge are cold, or make sure you have your reciept to change your hot drinks over.

Classic drive through bws. Not the fastest but not the slowest. Contact free payment available. Useful to have on my route home

For one person to man the cashier and provide quality service, I have to say I'm impressed. The 1 staff was more than happy to assist us with sourcing a nice wine to gift and made a few phone calls to another BWS to help us out.

I went to BWS Indro shortly after arriving in Australia for the first time. I was really amazed at the selection of goods that they stock as well as the helpfulness of the staff member who was assisting me. Being new to Australia the gentlemen suggested a few beer options for me to try and also suggested some wine for my wife. Really pleasant experience and highly recommended.

Always a pleasant experience. So far all the staff I’ve spoken to during my weekly visit have been great. All nice and friendly staff, helpful and always up for a quick chat about what they know when it’s quiet. The alarm must drive them crazy.

Close to my home! Nice and easy to access. The cashiers are always very friendly and knowledgeable about things I have asked. Cheers!

Just had the most amazing experience with a team member called James. He was so nice and knowledgeable of the stock, he helped me make a decision on what to buy and I definitely don't regret what I bought. Will DEFINITELY be visiting the store again purely on the customer service experience 10/10

Some great deals and the staff are friendly.it's a drive thru too.you can woolworths points shopping here also.

Express Drive In Service. Helpful knowledgeable staff, Big craft beer range, beers are always cold. This is now my local.
