After 6pm it’s either closed for a dinner break for 20 minutes or closed an hour early like tonight…. Fix the opening hours

I got to the place before closing time and the employees didn't want to answer, they closed the doors and ignored the customers who wanted to come in

We went to BWS in Fortitude Valley and the attendants were talking, there were 10 minutes left for the store to close and they refused to serve customers.

Phil’s service was amazing, he definitely needs a raise. He is so kind and educated on which would be the best liquors to purchase. Phill = 100 customer satisfaction
