7Try hard and try put a damn smile when a customer greets you. If you ever want to know how that works, visit BWS Springhill. Shame on you and your colleague. Worst customer service on Sunday 30th 2023 at 6PM. Shame on you both.
Was asked ID when buying a bottle of wine which I understand. I didn't have it on me so I went to my car to get it. Somehow the guy who served me got annoyed that I had got my ID and asked me my date of birth again after having a look at my ID. Wasn't a good service during the check out as the guy seemed annoyed that I came back with my ID.
Every single staff member in this store is wonderful! Its a small store, but has a decent range and puppy parking out the front.
For some reason my husbands review was taken down. We have had poor customer service from a woman who is sour faced every time we shop here. We are local to the area and shop here often. Please don’t remove this review as my husbands was removed.
The boy was friendly and the shop is clean and organised. Was in just before closing and had a nice chat.
