Out of stock of a the particular wine I was after. Other than that the staff were friendly & helpful & the store is fairly spacious

Terrible service. During my shopping around 6 pm today (28th Oct), the cashier showed great inpatient to me during the conversation, and instead of handing back my passport, he nearly tossed it to the ground after checking it.

Me and my wife who is pregnant visited the store to buy a beer for me, the male attendant on the night shift (9-10pm) on the 10th of April was extremely rude and asked me and my wife for ID. I had no issue with producing the ID it was the was how he treated us during and after that ordeal. He was extremely racist and immediately acted suspicious as we entered, followed by racial slurs towards myself (Asian) and ignorant attitude towards my partner.

Be warned and I URGE ANYONE WHO IS INTENDING TO COME TO THIS STORE TO PLEASE RECONSIDER!

I ordered online to be delivered for a couple friends who is at hotel, as welcome back to Australia.however when I register I did on my name, so I add a note to the delivery and called the place to be answer by a guy called Aiden I think.explained the situation, to get from him nothing but a rude treatment. That was the worst customer service I ever had.all I was trying to do was making sure that would be delivered to the right person.

Really bad customer service, even after purchasing bottle from a caucasian guy with beard, stayed in shop for just 2 min to see more option and he had the nerve to ask me if i purchased the bottle i was holding, good thing i got receipt otherwise these guys will not stop a white junkie shoplifting but will stop and ask for a receipt from a different skin color guy who just bought the bottle from him only, will not reccomend, will not go again

Wow, been in this shop numerous times, in and out with a scooter helmet normally, not full face, behind the counter today I met the manager, I will never visit this shop again. Terrible customer service, should be a school teacher. Avoid unless you wont to be told off and treated like second class

After putting the equivalent of $200 of alcohol on the counter, we asked to split the payment in two.
Cashier: "No, we don't do that here"
Us: "why? "
Cashier: "It makes my life easier".
Us:
Is it not the purpose of a store or any commercial activity to make the customer's life easier?
I don't recommend this place at all.

Mu hubby always shops his whisky, beer and vodka. Very friendly customer service and range of drinks available.

Great view of the Brisbane River and the Storey Bridge from our balcony. Within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was clean and tidy and more than adequate for our needs.
