Staff friendly but there needs to be training with some that you tell the customer" PRIOR "to a purchase of the " additional costs" NOT after the sale is closed. Also the sign for proof of age needs to be AT Eye Level friends over 25 stating in a rush they don't see that sign on the counter.
How about putting a larger sign on the door to make the customers aware prior to.purchase.
Customers I know are getting quite annoyed at this as they are over 18 and look over 25.
