Normal prices, very friendly staff that put up with me at my worst no longer drinking otherwise I'd still go there.

Very unprofessional customer service, flirting with females and talking with disrespect, do not recommend anyone who is none Australian to go as they are rasist and use fowl language

For a BWS they carry what I would describe as an "odd" range of wines, and beers.but the staff are friendly and helpful (when they aren't being hammered) BYO supplies to the Albion Hotel Bistro goers, an Indian and a Thai close buy.relatively small retail area probably explains the inventory but they do carry some very nice upper class red and white wines. OH and bubbles

Staff were friendly but: the Arras sparkling wine purchased on sale, $5 reduction in price was off. When we poured the wine out it didn’t fizz in the champagne flutes. It also had a vinegar taste.

They have a large range of products and always at competitive prices, even stocking my favourite Nobby’s nuts. Staff, like at all BWS stores, are friendly, helpful and polite.

I always keep my receipt from Woolworths Supermarkets, because at the bottom you will find the BWS beer and wine specials. I’m usually after a six-pack of my fav ales, and they’ll be discounted to around $14-$16. It’s no fault of businesses that we’ve now reached a level of hyperinflation that is destroying the purchasing power of the Aussie peso, but thanks to BWS for at least still making some things affordable.

What I especially like about this BWS store is the easy parking right outside the front door. They share the car park with the next-door Albion Hotel, which is our fav haunt on this side of town. That makes it super handy and convenient, being able to stock up at BWS after a fab evening at the Albion.

The extended trading hours means that even if you finish your dins late, the BWS is still open. Couldn’t ask for better.

The only bottle shop on the northside open till 11: 30pm every night except Sunday. This place is awesome

I'm a shift worker so I usually pop in pretty late, these guys are open till midnight! The store is always immaculate and is well set out, the service is always on point with staff using initiative offering boxes to carry goods without prompting. Parking is at the door so super easy. It is on a main road so during peak traffic may be a little challenging but super convenient when your wanting to pop in and out super quick. It's Wilson parking with first 20 minutes free.

Friendly and helpful staff. They stock some top-shelf liqour rarely found at other small shops. As with any BWS franchise the prices and inventory probably aren't decided locally but there's always a few specials and good regular prices on some products.

The nice young man carried my carton of beer to the car. Very helpful.

I left that review 2 years ago but tonight I went there and was served by another lovely young man who helped me through this sign in horror. Thank you so much, you don't know me, I mean nothing to you, but you helped me. It was at 11.30pm Monday July 19 if BWS want to praise their staff. These people seem to employ people with real empathy towards other people. Thank you.

Great service the guys are very welcoming and very helpful. Food range of spice rums and shout out to Kili, he is a top bloke with a great sense of humour.

Worst experience ever at BWS. Attendant more interested in his drunk friends and family than serving waiting customers. 5 of us standing and waiting while the drunk conversation went on. When I challenged the attendant for his behaviour, attendants drunk friend at the counter attempted to take the bag off my back, but failed.
Totally unprofessional.

The two blokes tonight looked after this Aussie battler, THEY DESERVE A RAISE BOSSMAN! They go above and beyond trying to serve customers to 200% and I respect that! You can get beer, wines like Shiraz and merlot and Chardonnay and Rose. Also Vodka, bourbon, whiskey, scotch, cider and all the work

Small store, but always friendly staff. Parking out front for convenience and a good range to suit all tastes and budgets. Can get a bit crowded with deliveries but the staff tend to clear them pretty quickly. Always a good special available and well stocked with local favourites.

Great bottlo. Staff are awesome here. I'll call ahead of time and make sure my beer is available. If theres only 1 carton they always put it aside for me.
