I have to share that I had the most wonderful experience with Kirsty in this Bvlgari store. My partner and I went all through Pac Fair looking for engagement rings and she was the only one who served us with such kindness and helpfulness. The ring was gorgeous, but her service was the standout!

The service is five star, the whole team goes out of their way to help you and are professional and know their product! I’ve personally delt with Agata and Amber and been spoiled with French champagne and the best Italian chocolates every time I walk in there! Love, Love, Love Bulgari!

Wonderful service from Diann who helped me choose a beautiful rose gold pair of earrings yesterday. She was very friendly and attentive and made the whole experience a pleasure. My husband and I were treated to lovely refreshments and Diann ensured our first time in Bvlgari was a memorable one. Thank you

Always the worst customer service in this shop! I have the Bzero range, my husband the ring, and every time we enter the Gold Coast store it’s pitiful with service. We have always had to drive to Brisbane to get service from the Queen st mall store. Purely disgraceful and won’t bother trying again, again missed out on a sale today. Again travel to Brisbane where we get service.

Amazing that half baked “influencer” can walk into blvgari to visit her friend that is employed to work, and employee can serve her friend and have her lance around in the most expansive items and serve her drinks, who will not be purchasing any items what so ever, purely there to pretend! Yet completely unable to serve a paying customer who has been a customer of blvgari for several years!

Pacific Fair would be the most pathetic store for service. What disgrace! If bikies and pathetic GC trash Is your clients for your store than good luck.

Purchased the rose gold ring, very help staff. Diann took care of me from the beginning right to the end of receiving my ring by freight. Very happy with purchase.

It was so lovely the staff were so friendly and helpful offering still or sparkling water and we left aftet about 20 minutes of chatting and trying on luxurious items with an invitation to pop in and say hello next time we are there

I bought a bag from Hailey in Dec 2019.
The bag had a hankichief type of thing wrapped around the handle, I assumed it came with the bag but Hailey said it didn't, she said I could buy it but I didn't think it was worth the extra money.
Hailey then said she would give me a gift for my birthday to make up for it so I went away happy.

My birthday came and went and got nothing, the only reason I was expecting a gift is because Hailey said she was going to give one otherwise I would never have expected a gift.

On16 February I went in to buy sunglasses, Hailey wasn't there and I was served by someone else the glasses I chose were faulty, I won't go into that unpleasant experience. I left my phone number for Hailey to ring me but she never did.
On 3 March I called in and was told Hailey had stepped out for 10 minutes, I went back 30 minutes later and was told Hailey had gone for the day. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the lady there and left my phone number again for Hailey to phone me.

Hailey phoned me back coughing and telling me how sick she is and that was why she hadn't returned my call from 16 February. I told her of my dissatisfaction of her service and from the guy when I went to buy the sunglasses and that I've seen her roll out the red carpet treatment for others so maybe I haven't spent enough money to warrant the red carpet treatment.
Hailey offered me a free bottle of champagne that I can go and collect.
Hailey do you really believe that I would lower myself to come into the store to collect a free bottle of champagne.

Hailey was fantastic! So customer focussed, she was so helpful and really solved all my problems! So much knowledge to help decide on the appropriate Jewellry for our upcoming event.

I purchased a pair of rings from Isabella Chau. She was very professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with.

It was a surprise for my partner and Isabella made the experience very memorable by surprising us with a rose because it was my present for her for Valentine's Day!

She kept us informed on how long it would take for the rings to arrive. I would definitely come see Isabella again and I recommend her highly to anyone!

I went into the store today just to look around with no intention to buy but ended up bought a ring for myself as a Christmas present. Thank you Hailey for the great service from the start to finish.

The (Christmas casual) girl serving us was really friendly and very helpful.
The manager was very unprofessional to her, telling her off in front of us. She came running and humiliated her.
We were going to buy a parfum, we walked off. It was embarrassing

Such unprofessional behaviour isn’t expected from such a big brand.

Have to say originally I was a little disappointed with my experience and the lack of communication with the shop when my ring was sent off for repairs. The staffs in general are very friendly and accommodating. Carina however managed to turn this experience around with her level of professionalism. And the quality of the repair was premium. My ring was returned looking like new even though it was 3 years old.
Things took longer then expected, however was dealt with care and professionalism.
