Both of my times at Bulgari were wonderful and some of the best retail experiences I have ever had. The staff were so friendly, lovely, helpful and welcoming. I never feel judged walking in there and the sales associates are so knowledgeable about their product, which you don't see very often in luxury boutiques.

The jewelry and watches there are of course stunning and the handbags are so beautiful and unique, available in an extensive range or luscious exotic skins. I bought a mini white Serpenti bag one time and a yellow Galuchat bag the other time.

I highly recommend this store to everyone!

I want to thank Bvlgari Brisbane team for the amazing shopping experience (even though the staff who served us has already left, but other staffs we saw were all nice too!) My engagement ring, wedding rings were purchased from Bvlgari. According to my husband, the staff was very patient, friendly and gave a lot of advice while helping my husband to pick my engagement ring, he went to the store back and forth a few times before purchasing the ring. I’ve heard some SA in other luxury stores are judgmental/has an attitude if you don’t purchase anything after they spent time with you, this NEVER happen in Bvlgari Brisbane. Service was top-notch. Now whenever I think about buying jewelries, Bvlgari is the first brand that pops up in my mind because of all the kind SA:)

Catherine served my best friend and I on Sunday. I walked in and she immediately recognised by B Zero 1 ring and gave it a complimentary clean. We were in there for around two hours and Catherine was so kind to show us the full range of rings and served us Moet as well. So happy my BFF and I now have matching B Zero 1 rings! Will absolutely go to see Catherine again to add to my Bvlgari collection.

Flora is the best staff. She is very kind and I was very satisfied with this ring and her service.

I've shopped here twice and each time I felt like I was given the royal treatment!
Both times I was dressed like a broke Teenager too! (which should say alot about how visibly non-judgemental the staff are).
Today, I was served by the lovely Katie.
She was incredibly friendly, knew alot about each product and took her time telling me about each piece. She even offered to look internationally for an item for me and have it shipped to my home.
I am so happy with the service here and would recommend people shop here based on the customer service alone.

Adele was super friendly and helpful. I have purchased my ring, and a bracelet that I will never regret. Love the staff and the atmosphere. I have been well served by Adele and I truely feel thankful to her. Thanks Adele

Train your staff some manners is what you can do for me, I'd also say common sense but you can't teach that.

From customer support (phone) to the in-store visit, the consistency of the customer service and shopping experience reflected extremely well on the brand. The enthusiasm in the brand/products displayed by one of the associates (Katie) truly made the experience a luxury one.

The best luxury shopping experience, shopping with YSL, Chanel and Luis Vuitton cannot be compared to the Bvlgari store. Kate, Jill and Adele are incredibly helpful and have amazing product knowledge. They are so friendly and made my shopping experience so positive that I couldn't stop smiling after I left the store. I really appreciate the extra card and chocolates that they included after I purchased my first bag with them high recommend this store!

Had the best luxury bag shopping experience here with Peta the store manager <3

We went in with a rough goal in mind and Peta took the time to go through the details of the bags with us. Even after the purchase was made, she shared the history and stories behind the brand while we were waiting for the gift wrapping. Just when I thought we were all done, she invited us to have a close look at the watch and jewellery collections, which made us appreciate the craftsmanship more.

We cannot thank the staff enough for making our visit to the Bulgari Store so special. We bought new wedding bands to celebrate 30 years of marriage and the people working at this store really take customer service to another level.
