Dom from the sports bar gave excellent service. Very friendly. Poured the best beer i’ve ever seen.

Dominic service and hospitality was 5 star. Great venue to watch sports and chill with a beer in hand or four.

Chillers beers on the coast, special shout out to Dom for having the right beers on the bar the second I got there.

My friend Damon and I were greeted and served by Nessa. Her customer service was impeccable and inviting. And the beers were chilled and delicious

Gaming machines don’t pay, drinks good and service very attentive by a very nice assistant manager who seemed to take her job very seriously

Hit or miss with the service, we had one very friendly lady and another who just didn't seem to care.

Had a very good meal with the family for my birthday. I got the large sized parmi and was full when I was done. Staff at the bar were very friendly too

Had a wonderful lunch with my girlfriend today at Burleigh Heads Hotel. Food was great and the staff were even better. Definitely recommend and will be coming back soon.

Didn't stay long enough. Staff were great. Prices in line with most pubs in that area. Clean look.

It's a venue and it's busy, it's in a good place but ultimately what matters is the food and service. 3 of my friends didn't enjoy their meals and the service was just a duty manager pretending she was too important to notice me when all I wanted was a straw.

Perhaps this isn't the case regularly, but that's the first impression I left with.

Food was amazing! Staff are so lovely, Nessa waited on our table and always made sure we always had a drink in hand which was awesome! Highly recommend!
