Bupa Dental Toowong

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Yumi Choi- it was a tricky operation as the wisdom teeth were in a bad position but she managed the situation really professionally and made sure that the experience was comfortable and as painless as possible. The after care advice on how to manage the wisdom teeth was also very detailed and helpful. Overall, I would recommend anyone needing their wisdom tooth pulled out to do it here!

Yumi Choi is the most incredible dentist you could ever hope for. Her knowledge, professionalism and kindness is unsurpassed. The care she has taken of me and my teenage daughters is truly wonderful.

Had the pleasure of having Dr Yumi as my
dentist. I have autism and have lots of sensory issues and she was so accomodating for all of them. Super helpful team at the counter. Am not nervous for next appointment:)

Massive thanks to Zoe, Yumi and the entire team at Bupa Dental Toowong. They managed to squeeze me in to fit in teeth whitening and full composite veneers in only a couple of weeks, with sensational results The team are super patient and caring. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Hygienist Zoe is so nice, kind, patient and caring. For teeth cleaning I prefer hygienist to dentist. Not many hygienists there. I am very happy I found such a good one. Thank you, Zoe!
The clinic is easy to find and has free parking.

Amazing dentist! Extremely organised and timely, excellent reception staff. Dr Kenedy Hwang has a genuine care for her clients and ensures they leave confident and clear about any course of action, despite the sometimes confusing nature of dentistry. Couldn't recommend more.

Have been trying to call for three days. Get forced to leave voicemail and no option to hold. Have left voicemails and never hear back.

Phoned multiple times over 6 weeks to try to make appointment. Constant answer phone message saying to leave message and/or call back during business hours. I am calling during business hours. Never receive a call back from messages left. Makes you wonder what the dental care is like!

I was so nervous going into my appointment because I haven’t been to the dentist in over 4 years and had a lot of buildup, but I was amazed at how nice the receptionist was and caring and gentle dr meena hedge was! Highly recommend this branch!

Not a good experience. I have encountered the same issue, the dentist was chatting to her assistant while she did filling for me. As A result, the floss cannot go through the gap! And the filling was not done well. The filing was too thick on top of teeth and caused the upper and lower teeth on the other side couldn't touch each other when closing my month. Need to return to the clinic twice for fixing and clarifications.

Today when I came to the clinic for check up and cleansing, I was found my booking was cancelled without any reason or notifications.i couldn't get any teeth check up done today and have to come another day. It was a terrible experience! It's just waste my time!

During this year, they cancelled my appointments twice, according to them, Dr. Emma hurts her hands but they informed me (not apologized) just a few days prior to the booking date.

Today, I visited the clinic for general check-ups with the same dentist.
I think it was my mistake forgetting how they rude before.

In conclusion, I had to pay $54.90 as they explained there was no gap free.
Even this time last year, I did not pay at all with the same treatment and the same dentist.

They explained a gap free is only for a first visit.
But, I cannot find any explanation about this through their web site.

If they would advise me that there is no gap-free from the second visit, I would never visited there. Because there are plenty of dentists offering a gap-free general check-ups near my location.

Please do not hook the customers with the Gap-free check ups.

Most clinics in Toowong usually advised me on the phone when I book for the general check-ups.

Such a pleasant environment, friendly staff, and knowledgeable and efficient practitioners. Could not ask for a better experience at a dental surgery!

The receptionist is very friendly. However, the dentist was chatting to her assistant while she did filling for me. As A result, the floss cannot go through the gap. I hope she can do her job more seriously, and make sure all parts be done. It’s time and money consuming to go down another time to treat the issue that can /should be done in one appointment. Who would pay for the Uber cost?

Accommodated my appointment due to severe pain and discomfort. They were down on staff, did everything possible to help me today. All staff were friendly, polite and caring. A big thank you Ladies!

Fantastic clinic with really wonderful service. Dr Luther was by far the best dentist I have ever seen. He was not only very friendly and welcoming, but was incredibly gentle and I had next to no pain or discomfort at all. I highly recommend seeing him.
