Bupa Dental Pelican Waters

First time Customer after moving from Melbourne, dentist was absolutely excellent and other staff very customer service oriented. Very happy customer!

I would like to leave a review for the way I was treated at Pelican waters Bupa dental. My preferred dentist was not available today but the dentist Alex was extremely good and made sure I was comfortable during the whole appointment.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Dr Mutaz Farjian is very professional examining and providing me with solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal root cleaning and Dr Farjian did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. Thanks for the great team and Dr Farjian. Highly recommend this place!

For personal reasons I had to find a new dentist and decided to go to Bupa, Dental, Pelican Waters. From the very start they have been so understanding of my situation. Maddie, Shay, and all the nurses are superb. Big shout out to the best, and gentlest, Hygienist I have ever seen Ashleigh Cooper. I am now going every 3 months as she is so good.
Having just had my first 2 crowns fitted by Dr Scott Heather, I have to say I have nothing but praise for him. I was very nervous but he put me at ease and did not make me feel silly for being that way. He was patient and explained everything he did. I have had one other dentist that was that good and finding another was always going to be tough and emotional for me. Thankfully this dentist, hygienist and the whole practise delivers the best service. If it let me score you 12 out of 10 - I would do that!

The best experience I’ve had with a dentist in Queensland! For someone who really hates to go to the dentist like myself, that’s your place! Dr Mutaz Farjian is very professional, he gets the job done very smoothly with always making sure that you are feeling comfortable. All the team was very friendly and helpfully too. I highly recommend him!

Everyone that I meet at the surgery were very polite and helpful, and the young Lady who cleaned my teeth, along with her assistant were very good at their job.

Extremely friendly, making you feel very comfortable. Guiding through every step, making it worry free. My 4 year old asked if he can go to dentist every day!

I hadn't gone to the dentist for over 10 years because of my fear of the pain I often experienced over my life with other dentists. I finally went though as it was local and easy to park and go straight in.

They are lovely and made my very real fear of dentists much less. - my teeth weren't even as bad as I thought! The fillings that I did need were scary at first but the dentist and technicians were so gentle and supportive that I was able to go back for a second!

I'm even contemplating a crown - which I never would have realised I needed or wanted. (might need some gas)

The whole staff are very professional and welcoming. Even though the lovely first dentist I had has left, the new ones are just as lovely.

I am not even a Bupa member and as they are 3 minutes away they will be my new forever dentists.:)

Had a complicated bottom tooth extraction I found Dr Ian Lemmey professional experienced and ethical.i suffered no pain and would recommend this practice to anyone who fears dental treatment

Ian has been my dentist on and off for many years. I have always found him to be a caring and highly skilled dentist. Can't recommend him highly enough.
