Bunnings Yeppoon

I had a frustrating experience at the store today. The staff member with long hair gave incorrect information, claiming the specified product wasn't available. However, upon checking ourselves, we found it in the store. This miscommunication was inconvenient and led to unnecessary hassle. Improved staff knowledge and communication would greatly enhance the customer experience.

Not a fan of Yeppoons Bunnings, lazy staff who just pointed towards where item should be but wasn't plus I have a broken leg so walking any further than needed is painful. So I just dumped my items I was going to buy and left, never to return.

The adult diy classes first Friday if the month is best and so well presented by Angie. Angie you are a star

If only my country has space for such warehouse type of shop for DIY Home fix stuffs and gardening. Enjoyed shopping for some plants and peripherals here.

We’ll done to Tash at Bunnings Yeppoon, helped me out with a price-match item. I found Tash to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful & pleasant to deal with.

Bunnings is always a good visit with lots of range friendly staff which are very knowledgeable

Our last trip to Bunnings in Yeppoon was made extra special because of a lovely lady named Leanne who greeted us at the door. I noticed how friendly and helpful she was with others, whilst we were there. She directed us to the exact spot we were looking for.

Lot's of rotting indoor Plant's in the indoor section and the staff were not willing to make them down to sell them.
The ladies tried to tell me that's how they are ment to be even tho she had no idea what the plant was. Might need to get some staff in the plant section that know something about plant's or are willing to get someone that has a clue.
I really couldn't believe how many plant's had rotten leaves on them or had no leaves at full price.

The staff at this store actually provide customer service and direct to you the right aisle rather than run and hide like my previous Bunnings store

My first Sunday off in months so I headed into Bunnings where I got the most perfect paint kit I need for the job I'm doing. My favorite place!

I would like you to acknowledge Trey he’s behaviour is acceptional and he helped me very much to carry plants without having to ask.

Service has gone down alot over the last year or so and many of the old staff don't work there anymore that knew what they were talking about

Found the customer service was very poor. Not just once but the last few times. Seem to be very lazy.

It's just enougher bunnings been to one your been to them all only difference is the knowledge of staff an service yeppoons seems to be up there with the best

Bunnings as you'd expect are very good service. Can't complain and can't fault them really.

Laziest workers in the timber section, worked in 4 different states and the yeppoon guys in timber are useless and avoid any loading

Haven't been to new larger store but always got great service there, so if the staff are the same, should be same service. Except some staff don't have a clue unless it's there section

I love the new Bunnings Store in Yeppoon. Well done. Good to see familiar faces from the Rockhampton store. My only criticism is that new staff need to become more familiar with the shop.
Also I hope to see a Ladies Night in the near future.

Fantastic new store, in a great location. Now larger in every way & stocks so much more. Massive car park. Good one Bunnings!
