Bunnings West Ipswich

Very dirty parking, corridors, windows
Someone should let them know to hire a cleaning company

Getting assistance in aisles is near impossible and then they don't know what stock is available kept telling me to shop elsewhere were junior staff

Going to take some cuttings of my beautiful geraniums and called into Bunnings West Ipswich to get Plant Cutting Powder. The staff had the area sectioned off and asked me how she could help and offered me 3 different products. She was very helpful, thanks.

Quite disappointed with my experience with
Special Orders desk. The employee was brusque, unfriendly, and her attitude suggested she would prefer not to be at work.
This attitude is not representative of Bunnings
personnel who are 100% cheerful and helpful.
I am planning to order a new kitchen, but due to
the person whose name I will mot publish but begins with V, I will not order through West Ipswich store, I prefer to contribute the sale to my other closest store, Bundamba.

Fantastic customer service at the returns desk.i was very disorganised and there was a line backing up behind me, yet she never made me feel like I was being painful (as I said I was very disorganised with receipt ect) I felt terrible for being painful yet her dameena didn't fault not even in the slightest. This was West Ipswich around 2.40pm Wed 19th May. The best customer service experienced i have received in recent years. Im now regretting not getting her name. 5 stars from me!

Love Bunnings.it has everything u need and more. From screws, nails, paint, lights, timber, plants, ceiling fans, sheds, power tools, dog beds, whirly birds, bbq's, spray bottles, stencils, sheets of wall lining, curtain rods, tarps, TV antennas, lawn mowers, mosaic tiles n glue, coloured grout, kitchens, n the kitchen sink, the staff are so helpful n there are plenty of them n they always seem to know wat aisle u need for wat u want. U don't have to wait for long to be served or there is self serve as well. Everything. And u always find something u didn't expect to see n might need in the future. There is always ample parking n on the weekend they have a sausage sizzle. Not sure if they are still doing d.i. Y classes. But they did are great n teach u how to build or put together different projects. They are very hands on n helpful.

Bunnings is Bunnings. The staff are nice, the selection is wide, and if you let me go loose with unlimited money you'd never see me again.

The cafe, now that's a different story. It's small but the seating is spread out comfortably. Never had them mess up my coffee (it's hard for people to remember lactose-free someone's), and the staff are nice. Their pumping quiches are so good. I know people will ask "if you can't have lactose in your coffee how can you have quiche? " But I'm willing to have a small stomach ache for their quiches.

Absolutely great help from Greg in Timber at Bunnings West Ipswich. Helped me while I ummed and ahhed between concrete or timber sleepers for a small garden bed and stayed with me right through to getting it cut exactly to the lengths I needed. Such a nice fella. Thanks!

Obviously a great selection of tools, plants and everything in between. Just a handy to place in general. Always friendly staff.

Terrible customer service! Very unfriendly and unhelpful! Big disappointed! Never have I ever had so bad service and experience in any bunnings! Will never return! Must be an Ipswich thing!

Most of the time they are ok
But occasionally I have very rude service and when I complained even the duty manager was rude only go to this particular store when I am desperate

The woman on the returns desk was rather brusque, sayng that Ryobi don't offer a Satisfaction Policy.
When I asked her if Bunnings had one, she called a section manager, who promptly exchanged my unsuitable line trimmer.

Nice and kool. Had to hang for a while, got some stuff.lol.didn't really need it, you get that right. Pedestrian egress to the street is a bit sketchy when the side door doesn't operate.

Yesterday at approximately 6pm I entered the west Ipswich store with my dog. I was informed that since she was not wearing a muzzle she would have to be put into a trolly.

For info she's a 7 year old cattle dog, weighs about 20kgs and is only about knee high.

Very silly policy.

Very helpful staff, clean and tidy. I'm really unlucky with other stores being out of stock on items however this store seems to always be instock and the website is up to date with stock levels which I think is important because its extremely frustrating to browse the bunnings website for an item, drive there to get it and find out its sold out.

Very disappointing. Went there because item searching for was listed at store. Couldn't find it, so sought to find employee for help who were very hard to find. Once found, staff very uninterested in helping. Very unimpressed. You want service, go to rocklea bunnings. Service with a smile.

Really great staff, on the ball and everything feels friendly and warm. Product sometimes wanders off from it's expected place, so is in stock but AWOL.

The staff work at loading dock, so bad attitude, not friendly, especially the truck timber delivery man let me feel he discrimination Asia people, let me feel so upset
