Bunnings Warwick

Has so much to look at there is something for everyone. And there a place to sit & rest in between looking around.

Worst phone service i have seen at a Bunnings. On hold hung up on my 4 times. 5 time 10 minutes. Cant buy timber, brackets in bulk.
Why offer special orders if i cant ring and order?

Ignorant girl worker, telling us to "Look at the pictures" telling us its a 10mm when it clearly said 20mm and then in the end says "Well idk then" and walks away!

Mostly unhelpful staff in the trade timber section. Several times I've experienced unhelpful and "lazy "staff. Having said that there have been a couple of helpful staff on occasion. I dread needing to go there. Other bunnings stores I've been to in Brisbane etc are much more helpful. I don't think people like working in Warwick bunnings

Good range, staff member that helped me was nice but many didn't want to make eye contact then get stuck helping

Friendly helpful staff, products layed out very well in an open well lit store with plenty of variety

All round good service sometimes trade section moves a bit slow due to lack of staff in the area other then that good service

Very disappointing today, asking a young fellow to get the pallet of floor levelling down as wanted 10 baga and disappointing he walked away. Went to mitre 10

I have been working closely with Rachel from the Warwick Store in doing community activities. I have found this generousity of bunnings and the commit of itd staff to be valuable in the mental health of the community and the enjoyment of our children in the local government areas. 5 stars Bunnings for investing in our children and happiness.

P. P. F service was terrible could not get anyone to help with my purchase as they were only interested in going to lunch as one bloke did in the middle of helping me find what i was after he handed me off to someone else and went to lunch and the bloke he handed me over to had no idea about anything i was after (cost you a customer Bunnings) plus i will be telling everyone i know

Don't ask for help you get. I'm just with somebody or I'm on break. Only gave one cause I can't go lower.

It's a pitty that they put so much stuff in the middle of the aisle, could barely get a trolley through!

Were able to find what we looked for. Not enough registers open, stood in line for 20 minutes before we got served.

Trade area a joke. Staff must play hide and seek because I can never find them. Today waited 15 minutes to get out. I give them 1 star because there is no lower

The staff here are so friendly, you always walk into the store with a customer service person smiling at you and asking if they can help. They are always willing to help and know where to find exactly what you need. I’ve had things ordered from Toowoomba that get here really quickly when not available in store too so don’t be afraid to ask cause they’re always willing to bend over backwards for you.
Our kids love coming here for the playground, the sausages and the ARK cats every now and then on a Saturday or a Sunday.
Over Father’s Day weekend and on other holidays they put on awesome ‘Spin the wheel - win a prize’ type events and give away free stuff for the kids where our kids ended up with a Bunnings cap, soccer ball, frisbee and Lego set! They also picked up free hats, shirts, high-vis vests, and other things like mini Bunnings trucks and fork lifts!
We love our local Bunnings!

Alright had to find what I wanted but knew where to go do they have tiles that are flexible 600 by 600? Unknown

Bunnings at Warwick is small compared to the super stores but it still has a very good garden nursery.

Pretty horrible. The store was a mess (unpacked stock in the middle of many aisles, staff stocking high shelves and blocking aisles - couldn't that be done early?) but worst - I needed some specific items which I'd found on the Bunnings website (and noted the aisle and bay numbers) but they weren't in the correct location, and I had to speak to three staff members before one of them was able to help. I spent twenty years happily visiting Bunnings at Rocklea in Brisbane - I'll only be visiting this Bunnings in desperation. It appears that the management needs some training.

Staff members too busy chatting to each other today. Found it hard to get assistance. There were 2 staff members though that I would happily give 5 stars to.

Staff are so friendly and helpful every time I visit store could be better stocked but being a smaller country shop it’s fantastic
