Bunnings Underwood reviews
63No trouble parking, nice and cool underneath to keep your car cool, it has a escalator and a elevator, to take you up to the shop, good staff, small cafeteria, very nice, and everything you would expect at bunnings, I take one star off I think the toilet, s could be a little bit better looked after.
This is our local Bunnings and every time we visit I’m happy with the service.
Staff are always helpful and attentive, very friendly
I ordered an outdoor setting online for an event I have coming up and a lovely man named Ron helped me resolve an issue that I was stressed about all day.
Thank you for your amazing customer service Ron!
I love shopping there, sadly, last visit. I needed some advice, but there was no one available.
Great store and best cafe I have been to. Nice and cool facility and especially Dez at Cafe inside is amazing with coffee making and service. I easily found everything I was after. Probably the best Bunnings in the area.
Went to get a key cut, lady told me to come back in 10 min and do some shopping as she was busy I came back 10 min later to drop my key off and when it was done it was left on the bench I then had to wait another 10 min for someone to give me the key. 1 star for the lovely lady to greeted me as I walked in
The worst customer service. Staff will avoid helping you at all costs. And when they do eventually ‘do their job’ they will let you know they are not happy about it with their tone and facial expression. This is not a one off occurrence. I try my best to avoid going to Bunnings, but as long as I can use the self-serve checkout the experience bearable. Unfortunately I needed to speak to staff in the hire shop today. If you need to go to a bunnings, go to the one in Cannon Hill.
Bad. Bad, Bad.
Twice and the last time now.
Staff ignore, Look the other way, Walk Around you and Fob you off when wanting and asking for help.
And being a Trade customer and in and out of many others stores including the Gold Coast. This one is the worst.
This one of
Staff are either rude and too busy talking about their weekend or do not have the required level of knowledge to assist customers.
Went to purchase some vinyl. Chris was helping us. Excellent service. Very professional and helpful. Very patient and make the purchase experience super! Thanks!
Went about 1.5hours before closing time on a Sunday & almost no staff around to ask for assistance down the aisles.
Plenty of car parks. Staff are generally able to tell you what aisle a product is, after you managed to grab one. All staff seems to be moving about the store constantly like bumble bees. Not sure exactly where they are off to. Perhaps some impromptu race. Sometimes you don't see any staff at all. The store is very large and well lit. The checkout queue is never long.
Hard to find stock and staff can be friendly if you can find someone.
Price of cane furniture $$$$ waiting for mark downs to be able to afford. Lots of parking entry and exit could be less cluttered. Find it a hazard with item at main entry platform.
Great store helpful staff pointed me to the right store that had what I needed for my mower awesome service
Good service, good parking, small Cafe and play ground next to each other, and you can't beat the smell of a sausage sizzle. But can sometimes be low on certain stock.
Bunnings have a very successful business model - all their floor staff are ex-tradies so you can get excellent advice on what you really need for your project rather than shuffle back and forth with guesswork. Its a fun place to go - kind of a Disneyland for Adults at weekends! Endless fascinating stuff.
A good Bunnings with helpful staff. They've had a few stock issues (showing as in stock, but none on the shelf or in storage out the back) over the last few months, but mostly very good.
Very good products with good prices
Nice and helpful staff
My husband might give 1 stars rating saying I spend too much time and money in Bunnings
But it really has everything you need for the home and other uses
We went to Bunnings today with specific things in mind. One was an engraver and when I asked Carol at the counter she confidently have me the exact directions to it's location. End row, 5th bay, 2nd shelf from the bottom. So bought a Dremmel. Was able to purchase it at her counter along with some garden bits. Also the Bunnings lady who was watering plants, knew the name of the Petunia I was after when I described it to her. She advised it was a Constellation one and that it was in the next row over at the bottom. She came over and asked me if they were the ones, it was though I wanted the darker purple that wasn't there. She advised me about there being a variety and that to check in with the next couple of orders for the week, gave me the days which was tonight Monday and Thursday from memory. It was an efficient shop where both ladies knew their jobs and were helpful about doing it. Thank you ladies.
