Staff don't understand how the poweerpass works.

Possibly Australia's worst Bunnings.

Always a great place to go who doesn't love Bunnings! I am sure we should have shares in them. The hours open are great as you can shop early or late to avoid the heat. Even if I go to browse always come out with something!
Picture is of our grandson helping Poppy get home a huge garden rake.it's got to be his favourite store of all time as he goes to look at all the 'wheels' with Poppy! The staff even turned the Barrow inside down for him to touch the wheels.he was so elated!

Has all you need except staff. Just like every bunnings outlet good professional help are extremely far and few between. Bring on some competition I say

Charity sausages should be for charities, Not bloody hotrod clubs and rowing clubs nor anyone else that has an expensive personal hobby.including churches.

I love Bunnings. Purchased a lot of things there over the years. Staff are always willing to help.

The only downside is most of the plants I buy don't do any good when I take them home to plant or re pot (they look really good at the store) and I could never be satisfied with the potting mix I buy So I learnt to make my own garden soil through composting which is great and propagate plants through cuttings and grafting.

However, the seedlings are good they grow very well specially I have rich organic soil.

I wanted to buy an AEG Cordless Hammer Drill. I already own 5 other AEG tools, so just needed a skin. Did my research and found a brand new one ex Sydney for $175 inc free delivery.
Wanting to support my local store I wandered into the specialist tools section and asked for someone who knew a lot about the brand and what I wanted.
A young lady approached me - the first question I asked was whether she knew a lot about the brand and particular model. Her answer - No but I can find out for you. Really?
So I asked for the price of the model I wanted - she quoted $229 - shelf price. I told her about the offer I had. She went away and spoke to a particularly rude man behind the counter. He asked where I had the price. I told him from a dealer in Sydney.
He said - No mate, we don't have to match that. You have to show me where in Brisbane you can buy it for.
So, even though we spend a LOT at Bunnings, had a power pass card -, no go.
So what's the 'we'll beat it by 10%' marketing offer all about?
I didn't want them to beat it but just matching it would have worked.
"Lowest price is just the beginning"? Really?

Yep get rid of your boiling chickens and prison guards I always feel like your doing me a favour at rothwell bunnings and rude for the privilege
Worked in the construction of so many bunnings cannot remember but always remember rothwell wish Mitre 10 and BBC were still on the peninsula sick of there rudeness, absolutely hate bunnings rothwell although am very happy to shop at others including Kingaroy, Dalby awsome friendly staff there. Dont know what it is at Rothwell but the older staff there are bossy and just plain rude and have as much knowledge as the bricks they sell.

Frustrating. I went to two Bunnings stores Rothwell and Lawton that said they had stock of a particular item but did not.

Bunnings rothwell.amazing service with lots of product information extremely helpful with special orders.for sum reason a special offer with arlec air-conditioning units for Melbourne residents only was in there website as I brought it to there attention they enquired into it for me and honour the special a air-conditioning unit valued at 700 dollars was 200 dollars then add the power pass discount I ended up paying $190.00 dollars for the unit now that's absolutely amazing they have great arlec grid connect products ibe fitted into my home orion cameras led colour bulbs led sound sync strip lights now arlec grid connect air-conditioning unit all controlled via my phone I use my power pass and scan all products with phone pay for it then walk out no line no weighting and have e receipt to shoe on the way out now that's great service I get allocated a tram member to be able to ring ahead of time to have items ready to go so yea Bunnings is 100% 5 star and more they are easy to deal with I've talked to managers and they take note if I have suggestions so it makes life easy and extremely productive any follow up questions are answered and fast.great parking the layout in store is easy to find products and extremely massive with wife range of products.thank you Bunnings team.

Great deals on a large range of products, staff went above and beyond to help, including loading all of my building materials in my vehicle for me. Highly recommended.

Total flogs, been sitting here for 5 mins, second time I try get a parking spot inside but 70% are taken by trolleys with stock on them. Absolute joke, management should be trained correctly, never had such a bad experience with a bunnings between tassie and qld. Pathetic and terrible customer service. Made to reverse out through the entry so they could bring that forklift out through the entry with traffic behind me. Ya lucky I can't go any lower than 1 star!

Typical Bunnings store with loads of variety & People. Very approachable staff who were able to assist with locating items.

Good product range and store clean and shelves stocked.

All you r needs for that project or the fixxer upper in one place and at a great price. Don't forget your Bunnings Sausage, its been a long wait.

Staff always know exactly what I need for home projects and point me in the right direction, also very happy & friendly.

100% very happy with a purchase of a split system air conditioner which was rather heavy and 2 staff members got it down and placed it on the long trolley and I paid for it. And another staff member got another staff member to load it into my vehicle. 100% wonderful staff who offered to do this without having to ask.

Bunnings is a hardware warehouse. As in goods on shelves, customers find what they want and largely self help. Where possible staff are 'true blue' Aussies and will happily assist if they are not already doing one of the 100 other things required at the moment. There are some very knowledgeable experienced people in charge of areas but they cannot be on hand all the time. The info desk people are a good lot dealing with sales, retusternal phone inquiries and probably much more. Returns of goods, especially with a receipt, but not necessarily, is handled easily quickly and willingly. A credit to staff and company. Overall prices are good as in low. Brickbats, nit a lot but considering the type of stick, too many isles clogged with fliating displays.

Very helpful staff that was unable to find a product that was listed in stock that asked for our number and called us the very next morning. Very happy customer now.
