Bunnings Rocklea

Always wrong stack information. When I arriveafter check by internet they have enough stack, always out of stock. Dont you know enough stack and out of stock is different? !

Getting some kind of service is just getting harder and harder. I had to interrupt 2 young employees gossiping to get unsatisfactory service today. Bunning is becoming very annoying.

Terrible service from the paint counter, waited 10 minutes at the counter just for 2 staff to come around the corner with the taubmans rep.would seem the reps are more important than the customer.

Great customer service especially Tee and her coworkers for spending their time to process my order.

Great store, seem to be a little understaffed the few times I have been there, but they work hard to please

Not shopping here anymore! Bought a wheel barrow from here 2 months ago. Not a cheap one either. We used it once and then upon using it again a month later found that the tire was completely flat! There was no cause for this that we could find. Tried inflating tire with no success. Called Bunnings Rocklea for some help with this and possibly a refund but was given the run around. I spoke to 4 people! The last guy I spoke to 'Bill' said he would ask his boss if he could help and would get back to me that day and I never heard anything from Bunnings at all. Part of the difficulty was that the wheel barrow wouldn't fit in our car, we actually had it delivered when we bought it.

Previously we were spending at least $200/week at Bunnings Rocklea but now they have permanently lost our business.

Very Dissapointed.

Being a tradie i use bunnings every other day, and bunnings Rocklea everytime, the trade desk is brilliant when i go in store and when i get deliveries always helpful and quick.

Lots of choice, plenty of professional advice, like the coffee shop and that my small dog is welcome too

Found the treated pine sleepers easily. I was happy cause they were nice and straight and price was good

Great Bunnings. Not as extensive as Cannon Hill however a solid range across gardening, tools, construction materials. A few staff are knowledgeable enough to give sound advice (particularly in the tool shop). Parking is logical and easy to navigate.

Bunnings Rocklea has wide range of goods and conveniently located. Good staff with adequate building knowledge. Always happy to help and cheerful. You can drive in your Ute to load the goods. Big trollies. Good range of garden stuff. Very impressive. They made all the competitors redundant.

Big store! Big range. Staff are fantastic and hard working. Prices are reasonable too. Find anything here. Convenient.

Easy purchases from a good sekection: 1 X Honda 4 stroke blower: 1 X large garden axe: 1 X small garden axe.

Great bunnings but I think that I would spend a lot of money if I was not careful as they havs lots of good stuff, good parking, great service and convenient location

Love the staff here, as I am in there at least once a week for something. The team in the tool shop and timber yard are always very helpful

I prefer this Bunnings, the parking is easier. It’s always nice to grab a sausage sizzle, where the funds go towards a good cause.

Love coming here. Service has always been very friendly (except for one lady who didn't listen when I told her that I thought she charged me for an extra item before finalising sale and she said she didn't and charged me for an extra item and didn't seem to care at all afterwards when I checked the receipt and she in fact did). Great range, ample parking. Everything you'd expect from a Bunnings.
