Love this store! Always a friendly greeting at the door, and staff are really helpful. Long opening hours are convenient. Love the garden centre. Range of plants and products is excellent. We can now scan Flybuys at Bunnings.

Best Bunnings in Mackay, good healthy plant section. The staff are very friendly and the store also has a great product range.

Not a good store.
Multiple staff seem unhappy.
Abrupt and not a friendly experience.
I spend over 10k in Bunnings stores across Australia every year and never want to visit this particular store again.
On a jobsite, sent offsider in to purchase, would not accept credit card over the phone for payment, had to leave jobsite to pay in store.
Can't leave toolshop area unless goods paid at the toolshop.
Asked where toilet was, told "down there"
Overall worst store I've been in.
Get your act together.

Usually have what I need and staff are friendly. Good car park with easy access. More in stock compared to Bunnings north side.

Easy to find, clean store. Andrew on paint desk always very helpful and knowledgeable. Playground and facilities kept clean. Most staff super friendly and kind towards kids.

Always the best in all products and staff attitude spot on very good must see place to go to shop.

If you value your time and your money do not visit this place, they will take all your time and you will willingly give them all your money

Great store for shopping! Not so good for brekky - 2nd time today - last week fabulous - today burnt - did not enjoy at all. Will think twice next time!

Just met a lovely lady - natahlia, who was very helpful in helping us find some grass seed. She was very knowledgeable and so polite. So nice to see the younger generation with beautiful manners

Had nearly everything I needed, friendly staff, getting out on to the main road can be a bit of Russian roulette at times

It's 24/7, good parking, bottle ship, and during normal business hours there's a noodle Shop, and next door is Mamma's kitchen if you want great takeaway food. Very handy place for most things people need after hours.

Had everything I wanted but the star for a bit slow and didn't serve me and time so I walked out a few times but in the tool section I was very happy everyone helped me but some of the stuff around Bunnings was not helpful and cat walking past even though they could see our struggling to find what I need it

Attended.trade.shed forlift driver accident waiting to happen park up ready to load fencing when asked continually move as they were restocking packed up went to Watsons.fencing very professional bunnings have lost.control of staff not noygood for.small.business workers

Prefered of two stores in Mackay. Street access could be improved especially during rush hour. Friendly helpful staff with a good knowledge of products and location in store. Shelves generally well stocked although at times its either a feast or famine. Buying some lines of timber can be time consuming due to quality of product bends and twists common.

I have to go here often. Little other choice. You get what you pay for. Service is ok, but they need to stop treating people as thieves. I also don't know why you would have so many checkouts and not open them. Self serve checkout more often than not closed.

The kitchen expert Bil provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and pleasant. Many staff would not bother

It's a Bunnings. Friendly staff that somehow know the exact layout of the store. Even knowing that the artificial plants are in isle 27!

Due to my work commitments, I am required to use Bunnings stores across North Queensland when working at home and away. The Bunnings team here on the time I visited were very helpful when I needed a 2 person lift in the timber yard and which aren't hiding down the back of the store chating, to the lovely lady at the trade desk when I tried the new power pass app out.

My place to go to for garden and home needs, this place is a paradise of you are a type of guy who DIY

Always love visiting Bunnings! Friendly staff, great products, even coffee shop & play area for the kids! Never tire of this place!)
