My partner went into the store today to get gas stoves after the severe storm last night. Ten minutes later, he still hadn't returned, so I went to see what was going on. As I entered, a lady was asking everyone what they needed. I passed her while trying to get in, she stopped me so I explained that I just needed to find my husband. She said, "But I still need to talk to you. " I said ok. While waiting, my husband waved to me, and I waved back hoping she will see me doing this. When it was my turn, she informed me that I couldn't go in and had to wait outside. Despite my confusion, I complied. I noticed my husband gesturing for me to enter, but I pointed to the lady who stopped me and signalled to him that she won’t let me go in. She witnessed the exchange but remained silent. As I stood there, I observed a white older male walking in without any questions. With my phone nearly dead and no coverage, unsure of my husband's needs, I could only stand at the door, feeling like a child being punished. It was only later that I realized she prevented my entry based on my identity as an Asian woman. I can not believe it’s almost 2024, Bunnings still have a racist store manager.

Night staff are not interested in helping and seen to carry on attitudes when you want to pay for your goods

Excellent store. Friendly staff, well stocked and everything I've required in multiple visits have been in stock.

Staff are rude unhelpful and know nothing about anything. Patronising and being called lovely isn't my thing.

After searching for a specific item and being sent to incorrect isle. I found the correct isle and space only to find no stock on shelf. After speaking with employee who suggested to find employee from trade tool counter, who again could not find item however after searching on computor which stated 13 units in stock, the employee then stated item would still be in storage area and not unpacked. He suggested I return to the store on Monday/Tuesday when stock should be available off the shelf. Living 12 kilometers away from the store I will not be returning and will purchase items from elsewhere.

I have been to over 200+ Bunnings stores over halfway around Australia and I have never been served so well as this Bunnings right here at Oxenford.
I’m very new to gardens and inquired with Greg in the garden centre.

I have found all of the staff at Bunnings great except one of the female staff always have a problem with this person every time I am served by her. Otherwise no complaints. Went there again today. Wanted to by a smoker worth about 1200. Was told that it takes two weeks to order it in as it is too big to stock. Even though it gets sold in a box. Needless to say I walked out with nothing and found a new one exactly the same on line.

Bec, in the timber division Oxenford store:

A big thank you to Bec, the petite young blonde lady in the timber division, three times over the last fortnight she has helped me select the right timber for my job and helped me load it, she's only a tiny thing but has big motivation, she must be a country girl as she rolled up her sleeves and helped me load up my timber, and was very friendly and helpful.

I came in on a busy Sunday. Alyssa was great in assisting me in finding the water features and the indoor pots for my plants. She even took me to the right aisle. Great job Alyssa.

Friendly staff and store is usually kept clean and well stocked. Items that I could not find were easily located for me by staff members.

Huge Bunnings with generally plenty of stock. Its busy and the carpark is a little small for the size of the store.

I have been enquiring about Barn doors and Michelle was amazing. She answered all my questions and was so helpful, even sending me a picture to show me a specific door. Thank you so much!

Staff where so rude and unhelpful, if there was a decent competitor, would recommend the Oxenford store.

Went in to buy the makita combo kit asked for the lady at the tool shop to help as you can't access them, then told me some one would come over straight away nearly 20 minutes still stood there.
So went to trade tools got sorted straight away will never go to bunnings again

Great place for handyman or experience people they can find what they are looking for. Price are good. The garden section in great nice flowering plants, fruit trees etc.

Went to the garden section after 8 am
Got the products and was told registers are closed because we are waiting on another person?
They weren’t kidding!
These employees were found nothing but waiting?
Worst service I have had here, and I visit regularly.

Just like any other Bunnings but I bought a Pole pruner which didn't work, there were no others in stock, I said I could fix it with a file and they gave it to me for free, good service to a good customer.
