Bunnings Mt Isa

Love everything about Bunnings except when I comes across the complete opposite of what the majority of staff in these places embody. He was quite abrasive.

Helpfull staff and a great range of products. You can get most home hardware things here at a reasonable price.

Everything where it's supposed to be. Great range of products. Friendly, helpful staff.

Went to return a filter that had broken fittings and got a massive song and dance about waiting for replacement parts etc.never had an issue returning things to Bunnings but this store was like a small business chasing every dollar.
Called the supplier in front of me and even though they offered a refund, Bunnings staff rejected this and were doing everything in their power not to provide one.
Will have to take it to another Bunnings

Bunnings new location. Big store like most of the Bunnings stores we have gotten to know. No cafe in store sadly.

Professional yet with an absolutely genuine (& a great sense of humour) character, informative & helped us with everything we needed for our backyard fencing.
You two made us feel actually happy about lightening our wallets by $4000+. Shopping at bunnings we've always loved!
After touring the entire country in the last 2 years, innumerable visits to Bunnings all over, your store here in Isa is the best shopping experience we've had in any Bunnings Australia wide.

I had wanted some house keys to be cut but I had to return 3 times and they still couldn't get it right. On the third return the lady said: hopefully that will work and didn't charge me. On the third time of returning and coming back home the key still doesn't fit my house door lock.

Very friendly, and approachable. They welcome and take care of you when you are in need of certain items within the warehouse. They direct you where you need to go on anything. Thank you team Bunnings!

I love this place however, many of the staff are rude and act like they are doing you a favour when you ask for assistance. The guy in the tools section needs to get a new job. He is not an asset to the business. In saying that there are other staff members who go above and beyond to help. An older lady with grey hair I see at the trade desk is fantastic. Regardless of the negative I still love visiting.

Excellent range of tools, building supplies and gardening equipment now in a new better organised building. Always good access to parking as well.

I spend wholy to much money in the plant section here my only complaint is that my flybuys points never seem to go on

Great place loyal to helping customers left right and center if your crazy about gardening or looking to fully upgrade your yard equipment this is the place to go!

This is a medium size Bunnings store and has most things you need.
Some limitations due to location.

Terrible experience. They took my order for home delivery of customized cut Timber and hold it for 5 weeks saying machine is broken, delivery drivers are unavailable and blah blah until I finally decided to cancel order and ask for refund.

Got what we needed. Staff were very pleasant & helpful showing us right to several products.
Best assistance we've received from any Bunnings.

Josh Gilles, was great grabbed us a trolley while coming out of the taxi and helped by pushing it around, and help us find lights.love you

I think the manager is a bit rude, otherwise I love shopping there. The young lady (multi coloured hair) selling the paint was very helpful and courteous.
