Bunnings Mt Gravatt reviews
46 Very useful store for all your hardware needs. Almost always has whatever I need for homeowners or builders.
They even have a sausage sizzle raising money for charity on weekends. Would highly recommend.
Friendly staff, a great range of gardening supplies of all the great brands and everything I need to grow my own veggies, and always a sausage sizzle to start the weekend off.
This is a well stocked store. The staff are friendly and once you ask a question of one of them they are helpfull. However, like all retail outlets it does take some time to find a staff member to ask that question. I also found irritating was coming accross the large stock cages all over the place. I understand stock has to come out, but one aisle had 3 cages in it. Thats overkill.
Friendly helpful staff. We were looking for a particular ladder but there was none on shelf even though it said in stock online. This guy came to help and get us a better ladder instead with same price as the one we were after. He def knows the way to satisfy the customers!
Friendly folks and covid safe entrancing. Being an old BBC it's tight inside but often this store has things the others don't. Bbq is too far away from the entrance which I feel bad for the fun raisers, vs Manly West.
Incredible customer service. I would like to thank Pam who went above and beyond to make my 4yo sons day by locating a Bunnings lego type truck, store, cafe and trolley set for him. She made my huge Bunnings fan a very happy boy.
Thank you Pam and the other staff member who helped locate the truck. We appreciate everything you did for us. Bunnings is very lucky to have such a great employee. I can't thank you enough
Terrible, I don't know why I put myself through the ordeal of visiting buntings. I now use mitre 10
This is the worst Bunning's we've ever been, the staff at the entrance was so rude. She was there at around 8: 45am (12 Oct. 2021) to be exact which staff member I'm referring to. We just got there with our dog and the first thing she said was " DOGS ARE NOT AROUND ON THE GROUND". We knew that, we've been going to Bunnings for years, we didn't even have the chance to get a trolley to put our dog in. I also work in retail and all our staff are trained to be friendly to everyone whatever the race, colour, shape and sizes, age etc. Maybe the manager doesn't care about all these negative comments, train your staff to be friendly especially at the entrance. It won't cost you anything to smile and be friendly. We left and went to Cannon Hill Bunnings, the girl at the entrance was so friendly, offered a cardboard box for us to put in the trolley for our dog. The woman at the check out was so friendly too and also other staff members we encountered. We definitely not going back to Mt. Gravatt Bunnings, don't want to spend my money in a shop where staff members are rude and unfriendly, doesn't even deserved the 1 star that I gave.
Worst Bunning I have ever been to. Service was so slow timber yard very empty and I only bought 4things but took took close 45min. Waste of time!
Pam at the paint counter was an absolute pleasure to deal with this morning. Friendly, bright and bubbly. She is tops at her job and had the knowledge we were looking for and her customer service is gold standard
Easy parking, helpful staff.
Aisles were cluttered with shelf stocking trolleys but that could be EOFY.or stocktake thing.
COVID aware and compliant.
Another example of my happy place. It often has a better price on bbq gas swap-n-go's than elsewhere, even other Bunnings.
Overall it's OK. Can be hard to find any staff sat mornings. They all seem to hide somewhere. No prices on large pellet of pine gro tomato & vegetable potting mix either. Had to ring the store to get price while I was there.
The service of Kayla is terrible, when I am ordering a trade and wanted to confirm the list, she is so impatient so reluctant to sever. Worst Bunnings worker I ever seen.
Came in with two power tool that had stopped working (don't buy Ozito) and was helped by Danny and Tan
Was even given a free coffee while they sorted it out my warranty.
Fantastic service and awesome staff!
A big store well located and very visible. Plenty of parking available. I found the staff very helpful and attentive to my needs. They have a big, well stocked timber yard and prices are reasonable for the treated timber. Not all stores keep all of the items we want so it pays to check online first if it's in stock. Everyone is still being Covid safe.
Great for all the odds and ends one needs to complete a project and open to 7pm most evenings make this super convenient on the way home or the early openings most times from 6am to get the day started before the birds start to tweet.
Good coffee and treats to eat while you do your shop and workshops on the weekends for the little ones keeps you free to do your shopping in peace.
The staff know exactly where the items you cannot explain correctly are and will even take you their and give advise.
Always check the bins on the ends for special deals and items
It's getting harder to find thngs. The staff don't seem to be as informed as they once were. They are all lovely though but that doesn't help when you are in a hurry
As a tradesman I try to avoid bunnings like the plague these days. For some reason the staff at every single store have a knack for making you feel like they don't want you there. I have heard similar stories from friends at calaundra bunnings and I know for a fact staff and store detectives have been reprimanded for their Gestapo tactics at that store.
