Custom orders are very hit and miss. I will choose another store if a special order needs to be placed

Was in the hose section and asked question about hoses to an employee called Rick.
Rick was completely rude and gave me alot of attitude.
After I said don't give me attitude I'm only asking a question he then persisted to be abrupt and said " well you don't have to buy it "
I said "pull you're head in and walked away"
He then swore at me and tried to stand over me in an intimidating way.

Visited the Tool Shop last night (Monday 24th July 2023) and asked the team member John for some advice on how to get out a bolt with a stripped head. Not only did John ask questions to understand the situation better he provided genuine advice that reminded me of the advice that my late father would have given.

John's advice worked out great and solved my problem, and also left me with an awesome customer experience! Thanks John!

What can I say just another Bunnings like all of the rest. Hard to find any staff to help when needed.

Staff are great help you out in anyway highly recommend. For the best you need to fix what ever.

The Click & Collect Services was pathetic. The lady I spoke was very abrupt & not customer friendly!
Subsequently I cancelled my order & will shop elsewhere. Poor effort Bunnings Maroochydore.

A very large store with undercover parking and a huge range of products. More choices over a wide range. Friendly helpful staff

I had a great time there. The 2 ladies I spoke to about what I needed were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable about the products I needed & I'm very thankful for their help

Who doesn't love Bunnings these days. Queue is always an issue but outside of that got what was needed

Wonderful staff and layout. The lady at the counter was so considerate and easy to talk to. It made the shopping experience so enjoyable.

I often go here just for the coffee from their café. Best tasting coffee, good price and great staff.

Always what I want but sometimes I think the help is guessing where stuff is. I try to find the older workers, at least they don't give you a bs answer.

Parking for a tradie is terrible.

Also good game, Bunnings bingo. First person to find an employee who can't tell them where an item is. Go!

Excellent customer service - recently phoned for price & availability of some hardwood stair treads, when I picked them up the bloke on the till realised I’d been quoted for the (cheaper) pine treads but honoured their quote & sold for the quoted price. The selection of available HW treads was good quality so not too much sifting through required.

Not happy with the manner of your staff after waiting in a queue for a long time and my payment did not go through I was told to go to another cashier who would not attend to me. You have long queues and not enough staff. I ended up not taking my goods. Very disappointed

Burnings Maroochdore has it all for hardware, garden, lighting etc. Friendly helpful staff. Be prepared to queue at busy times at the registers during Covid.

Usually always really wicked nice people. Anthony in the building materials section was extremely rude before getting to the cutting bay to help me. Demeaning and condescending. I hate to complain because sometimes folks are just having a bad day.but it sometimes shows that some people shouldn't be in customer service

Another successful Bunnings run ticked off. Found everything quickly and the staff were all being COVID-safe and wearing their masks properly.
