Bunnings Lawnton reviews
72Great little Bunnings with above average service. 4 star due to the limited range in the small store.
Who does not like to visit Bunnings.but the one which has full range of products. Here, we don't have a full range of products. I would prefer to go to bunnings, where I will get a full range of products.
Also was short staff.
*This just my personal opinion.
While it is a bit smaller still had everything we needed.
Love the garden section.
Staff are friendly.
Good location.
Lots of trolleys.
Came here to grab some supplies for the garden and a drill bit. While this store is smaller than other Bunnings I've been to, they still have a decent range and selection. Ample parking out front. It's handy using their trolleys to do your shopping. There are 2 types to choose from. They have the newer style gas bottles and I was able to swap and go on another occassion.
A smaller store with a slightly limited selection. The plants selection is good though, with everything appearing healthy and strong. Friendly service overall.
Mate, it'd be un-bloody-Australian to rate Bunnings lower than a 5 star rating, it's bunnings! Staff are good, friendly, know their way around the maze inside, the timber staff are mad units too, know their way around a bit of wood or 2
As always staff very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Mandy from nursery section you gave me good sound advice
Helpful staff. Needed some timber cut to size to save me doing it at home and thats how it came home with me.
Very helpful lady in the paint section.she didn't have what I wanted in stock so gave me a discount written clearly on the paint tin, however this was overlooked at the registers
Super helpful staff. Huge thanks to Astrid from Lawnton Bunnings who went out of their way to answer my questions & help during the busy Xmas rush.
Once robbed the store. An employee helped me thanks Dave! 10/10 amazing store, would rob there again.
Been coming here for years back when it was still a smaller store. Unfortunately I will now be using the Brendale store after terrible customer service. Don't think I have ever met anyone ruder and disinterested in there job when driving through the trade entrance this morning. I was hoping to park near the concrete and load directly into the car. This was not possible due to pallets in the way. Landed up using a trolley and moving everything to the car. Not an issue but with a small child in one arm and clearly struggling, not a single staff member even offered to help. Got it done in the end but you would of thought all the staff standing around would offer a bit of service. Guess those days are gone.
THIS IS ONLY BUNNINGS STORE TO DEAL WITH. THE STAFF HERE ARE HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SERVE YOU. THE STAFF AT THE TRADE DESK ARE OUSTANDING. THERE IS NO COMPARISON TO THE DREADFUL SERVICE (OR LACK OF) WE HAVE RECEIVED IN OTHER BRANCHES OF BUNNINGS. LAWNTON'S OWN SHARLENE AND HELEN DESERVE SPECIAL MENTION FOR THEIR HELP AND EXPERTISE, THANK YOU LADIES FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE.
Staff were helpful. But only one checkout working so long lines to pay. People were getting very annoyed that they had to queue.
One of the better stores, friendly staff and helpful, not the usual dismissive attitude.
No self serve checkouts, bonus.
Smaller range, however staff really make up for this.
Not the biggest Bunnings around, and entering/ exiting the car park is a bit hairy, but it’s better than the old one.
They never seem to have enough registers open either.
If you’re nearby, go there. If you’re tossing up between this one and Brendale, go to Brendale instead. It’s a better store.
Edit, now the store has been upgraded to a larger format they have employed a huge team of women who are knowledgeable, approachable and polite. A much better shopping experience than the other Bunnings around. Still 5 stars
As the others have stated this store is under renovation. The sales person Dylan, when it was open, was extremely helpful and I hope to see him back in the store when it reopens.
Single most unreliable Bunnings store I've ever frequented, apparently staffed by equally unreliable people.
Five times from five visits, arrived to find no stock of an item, after confirming with the store that the stock levels on their website were accurate.
The last time being an item that, even though it was clearly listed on the website as available in stock and in store (not their marketplace garbage), was never stocked in the first place.
Avoid this store.

Large selection across the familiar Bunnings categories. Well stocked nursery section with large range of pots. There is now ample parking at this location. Staff are friendly and always have a smile.
