Bunnings Keperra

I called to get a price on a product. The woman rang the department repeatedly to get an answer. Eventually she said she’d get the info and call me back. Nothing. So I drove over there. There was one guy at the desk in the timber department with not a customer in sight. I asked him why no one had called. ‘No idea’ he said without apology.

Just like any other Bunnings store. However, the range of down lights is limited to latest developments in the building industry, sizes used 20 + years ago are not available. I was looking for a 120 mm down light, and this was not stocked.

Big thanks to Bobbie in garden power tools section. I needed a spring for a victa line trimmer and there were none on the shelf. Bobbie took one from a unit on display for me - exceptional service!

A great classic Bunnings, definitely worth stopping by for cheap prices and a wide variety of good quality tools.

First class customer service in the garden area. Had the most helpful gentleman with regards to gardening, I believe his name is Danny. He was super patient with my millions of questions, showed me where to find products I was after, gave me fantastic gardening tips from fruit and veg, to indoor plants, orchids, ferns, vines. He knew it all and you could really tell he was passionate about it. It was so refreshing as the last few times I'd been to Bunnings Keperra, I found that the staff either weren't knowledgeable in that area (tool and paint section) or seemed disinterested in helping even though they had asked me if I needed help. 5 stars for the staff member I think was named Danny. 3 stars for the shop itself for the other staff and their reoccuring trend of misplacing stock that they have moved to display areas, leaving their usual shelved area empty with the tag still up so it looks like they've sold out of that product.

While a convenient place to find most hardware, i find myself often frustrated with the lack of quality and that prices on the shelf don't always scan at the same price at the register.
I am annoyed by having to do the work for them to correct labelled prices often.
Prices are not always cheapest if you do some leg work you can often find cheaper or better quality for the same approximate price.
The car park, while expansive needs shade.
That said Bunnings has its place when shopping for hardware goods

Keperra Bunnings is massive. Not that other Bunnings aren't. Large carpark. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Went in today, to get some gifts for my father for his 60th as he’s a “BIG FAN”, and had the nicest young bloke, show me to the trade area and hand me a stack of the “Bunnings merchandise” for free?
Was absolutely brilliant! Couldn’t thank him enough!

11 September Early Saturday morning had a lovely helpful lady do her best to assist me with the plants I wanted & pots to suit. Good friendly service well maintained nursery

There's even a cafe when you need a refreshment from shopping.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly!

Nothing beats the big green shed. Great location and the staff are quite helpful. Can certainly get some discounted items throughout the store quite a fair bit also. Always clean and tidy.

It was fun I had to tell myself to stop before I drop staff were amazing I got everything I wanted can't wait to start gardening with my on the weekend time to get our hands dirty no devices for once?

Staff member not wearing a mask. When asked to put mask on properly argued he shouldn't have to wear one because he has a beard. Bunnings Keperra does not comply with health directives and does not provide a safe environment for customers.

Even though I live quite close to the Keperra Bunnings I now go to the Stafford Bunnings where the staff are friendlier and more helpful. Most of the staff at Keperra are friendly too, but the small group who are rude and unpleasant make the whole experience not worth it.

Staff are very helpful and seem to know where everything is no matter what I ask for! I'm yet to stump them. It's always easy to get parking close to the doors, which is nice. It's great to not have to walk a kilometre just to pick up a pair of gardening gloves! The only problem I'm aware of is the urge the comes over you to buy copious amounts of items you had no intention of buying when you first entered the store. Buyer Beware!
