Bunnings Innisfail

Very disappointing, a very unsafe store, stock all over the floor to the point I was unable to get through.

I tried to return a faulty product that costs $300 that I had only purchased a few weeks ago, a replacement would have been sufficient but two male staff members tried the stand over tactic
and made me feel like a idiot and it was my fault….

Regular customer - Accused at checkout of not paying for 2 pipe fittings and old tape measure in my personal bag (she demanded to search) that I previously purchased and brought into store to make sure pipe I was buying correct size. I have spent several thousand dollars at this store. Never fails to provide terrible customer service

Painfully incompetent, had to place the same order several times in 3 weeks forthemto actually place the order, still waiting now.avoid

Appalling customer service from a bunch of disinterested workers. What a shocking store. It’s a mess - can hardly navigate the shop! The workers expect you to move out of their way!

A lil slice of heaven; whilst it would be wonderful if they could stock more items, the staff go above and beyond to help find items that are tucked away on shelves or storerooms etc

Happy with the service I got. Sometimes hard to find someone down the aisles to help though.

Vicky was so helpful, went the extra mile that 3 bigger Bunnings stores didn’t offer. Called me back when she said she would! Definitely a staff member to value! Amazing customer service! Thank you

Great selection of products for such a compact store although I could only find medium sized work gloves when I visited there

Worst store I've ever been too! Tried to buy a dishwasher and a dryer. Noone would assist. Just watched me and my one armed partner struggle to get it on the trolley. The lanes are too small to get a trolley through. They missed a few thousand dollar sale today.

Rude and abrupt. Not helpful at all. Ordered tiles in August arrived in October wrong tiles. Received a text 16/11 saying we are receiving a reminder to collect the tiles But did receive a first text. Phoned and they argued Not nice at all

Although a small bunnings. Would be awesome to have a bigger one in Innisfail the staff are always friendly and can't do enough to help you.

Huge range and very helpful staff. If they don't have it in stock they are always happy to order it in for you, and all at a great price.

Sadly very unhelpful rude staff. “Sorry we are understaffed let me see what that man wants behind you and see if I can help later” never approached later.

Asked another man to help me find a replacement for my lightbulb which I brought with me. Didn’t look at it “I’m not an electrician” walked off.

Millions of products to choice from that are great quality but very reasonably prices. My favorite store of all time!

It's Bunnings. Has just about anything a home handy person could need and you can get a snag on bread on Saturdays. What more can you say!

BUNNINGS INNISFAIL SERIOUSLY! THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK DOCK NEEDTO STEP UP THEIR GAME! IM SICK & TIRED OF THE DELIVERY VANS BEEPING THEIR HORNS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE'S ATTENTION & IM TIRED OF THE TRUCKS BLOCKING MY DRIVEWAY! THIS IS EVERYDAY! CAN'T EVEN STUDY DRIVES ME INSANE! DONT GET ME WRONG GREAT SHOP, BACK DOCK SERVICE IS APPAULING! TODAY WAS JUST TOO MUCH AN ENTIRE HALF AN HR OF CONSTANT HONKING
