Bunnings Indooroopilly reviews
71Not the biggest range and not easy to find what you're looking for but it does the trick
Guy manning the counter next to the lifts couldn't be less jazzed to be there, and it shows (9/1/24).
Nauseating dog poo smell in both the lift and the back of the store near the timber.
+1 extra star cos they had the thing I wanted in stock.
Lots of parking spaces and shelves are filled but not as much variety as other Bunnings in the local area such as Oxley and Acacia Ridge.
Too small to be a bunnings. They don't carry all lines or enough of each item. Several times over gone to get something online says is in stick only to find out sold out when I arrive to buy. Store layout is confusing. Make thy joinery to a bigger bunnings, it's worth it in the end.
Heckin love bunnings.when ever i got me knickers in a knot bunning always ssorts me out bruyvva
This store is very hit and miss for me. More often than not, it doesn't have at least one of the items on my list of what I need, so even if I get 90% of the things here I still have to head to a full format Bunnings. I wish Bunnings, being the titan they are, would buy the land around this complex and build a full size store here. I should mention that the staff here are amazing! Always super helpful and friendly.
While this is a strange site for this type of store it was well stocked and had a great variety of things well worth the visit will go back there again and parking also quite good
Went to return some items and Patricia was very friendly and helpful. Made my day much easier and I left with a smile on my face. Thanks Patricia!
Staff are helpful if you ask them where to find an item.
Friendly check out staff.
This is a smaller Bunnings so not as much stock but very convenient.
They give away pallets and packing board. So I just picked up a couple of bits that will help finish off a wardrobe and probably just say me over $100 so very thankful, and the staff are very friendly too.
It's ok, but the staff don't know anything. Also I was told I could put an order in for delivery and I would be phoned back for confirmation and payment - this never happened, now I'm 2 days further behind while I could have ordered in time for the weekend elsewhere.
Handy carpark underneath with a lift straight into the store. Ideal for Wheelchair shoppers. Great gardening supplies, plants. Good range of products available. Staff always helpful.
Although I’m not a handyman or a “tradie”, there are still plenty of useful products for me to buy at my local Bunnings.
There’s a big selection of plants to choose from. Cleaning products are always of a high quality and at reasonable prices. I’ve bought sponges, brooms, brush and pan sets, dusters, garbage bags, dustbins and a host of other cleaning materials. I’ve also bought things like storage containers, fan heaters, batteries, globes and clothes dryers. Pretty much, anything you need for the home you can find here.
When we moved house last year, we were able to get most of what we needed at Bunnings, including cardboard boxes of different sizes and shapes, packing tape, box cutters, labels and scissors. It’s all there at Bunnings.
What I especially like about this Bunnings is the easy parking on levels two and three. Spaces are generally always available and it’s free. There are handy toilets on level three car park.
Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and polite. They will go out of their way to help you.
Great place to shop for household products.
Convenient location, easy covered parking. Smaller store, but staff were well informed and helpful when seeking assistance!
Very rare to have a handy warehouse like the popular Bunnings in such a prestige suburb Indooroopilly— only 2km to Chapel Hill where we live. So it’s virtually my hubby’s DIY toy store with useful tools and stuff. We feel so lucky to be able to jump in the car and get some crucial parts from Bunnings in just 10 minutes.
Be cautious when you drive inside the parking space, it’s a bit narrow for turning, and most importantly it’s only ONE-WAY. So always be aware of people trying to manoeuvre in or out, especially when it’s busy weekends.
I was yelled at by a rude female older worker. I am a paying customer and deserve respect. Yelled at me from across the store for standing on the bags of potting mix because I couldn't see the top because the pile was so high. Everyone is the store stared at me and it was humiliating. I don't appreciate being treated like a child just because you are my senior. I will not be returning to this store.
Typical Bunnings store. Seems to have everything u might need. Parking underneath with access to some food outlets. I find getting in and out of indooropilly a bit of a hassle. Got what I needed though.
I went looking for a obscure window handle. The Bunnings representative found they didn’t stock it but took the time to locate where I could get it, contacted me a couple of days later to tell me where I could find it.
Smaller bunnings with basic selection. Asked one particular staff member for help on a DIY project & instead of admitting he didn't have an idea of what i needed, he waffled for 10mins & wasted my time. Ended up going to Oxley Bunnings
Smaller store from what you may be used to, mainly oriented towards apartment-dwellers. If you have a car, take the extra 10 mins and drive to Bunnings Oxley if you're looking for a bigger range and more options.
Staff are all lovely and very helpful!
