Bunnings Hervey Bay

Staff are rude not all but yes they need to look at maybe some good old customer service with a smile. Staff actually made me go look for blinds out in the dock area, the lady was very rude. I did go and look for what I needed but they were piled up so high I could not see the items to read measurements. I told the staff member to not bother as she stood there and watched me. I really wish we had another hardware store other then bunning. I would not even give it a 1 star.

Website says they are open until 7pm yet we tried to walk in right on 6pm am were refused entry

Wish they would put the right things in the price place,
Tryed to citrus candles for $2.90 and they were $7.90.
Stacked in the wrong place.
Not happy again.

Shopping with my sister who is terminally ill & who struggles to walk far - managed to get the stuff we needed but when we asked for help with the heavier bags of compost, etc we were told to get our own trolley (I'm not getting a trolley for you, he said!) then some of the bags were loaded by the somewhat reluctant assistant who then pointed us vaguely in the direction of the remaining request & left. Attitude of that assistant was poor & surly throughout.

Very helpful I bought speciality paint and got exactly what I wanted with lots of how too advice ha the most help I have ever had in any bunnings

Love Bunnings, found it hard to get a park, I'd hate to try it on the weekend when it's busier. Bunnings might need to increase their carpal size.

I like this shop. However when we wanted to order a coffee 15: 03 they said sorry they only serve until 15: 00. Even though they were still busy serving other customers.

Congratulations bunnings staff. Your efforts are much appreciated as you managed to find the products I was looking for even though they were in hard to reach places

I bought 2 batten light fixings from electrical. I had to find a staff member (eventually did) for them to then call a senior gentleman down to assist. He asked me what I wanted - told him - he then questioned me if they were going to be fitted by a licensed electrician. Excuse me! I’m a woman so no way I could be a tradie obviously! How did he know my other half wasn’t a sparky! Would he have asked a bloke that question? What a rude shovanistic dinosaur. Get with the times Bunnings and teach your staff some manners!

The staff here are super friendly. We were asked if we needed help about 4 times which is more times than I've been offered in all of my hundreds of visits to other bunnings locations.

Small store in relation to Gympie. Very helpful staff we couldn't find what we needed and female staff member very knowledgeable and found what we required. The five stars are for her.

Bunnings in Hervey Bay was ok. Staff are sometimes hard to find and don't know allot about the products they are selling.

Why aren't customers made to QR code in. I thought it was mandatory.
Coles Woolies on Toowoomba stated to me that they had to. I asked what happened if they refused. They stated they had to shop elsewhere. If a problem, the police were called to attend. Bunnings you need to step up.
Especially since a quantas plane has landed in Hervey Bay with a covid positive flight attendant on board.

This review is based on my own experience and dealings with this company.

Thank you for restoring faith in bunnings for me Harvey bay when the paint coordinator at Maryborough bunnings couldn’t duplicate the British colour chart even gave me every reason why she couldn’t even gave me miss tint twice didn’t go back for a third I obviously came to the right place fixed up within minutes so impressed with the outstanding customer service feedback passed on online and to the rep of dulux as that’s who the order was for keep up the outstanding work Harvey bay.

Definitely not returning to Maryborough bunnings for another team let down email / customer complaint and feedback sent to there trade department.

Bunnings Hervey Bay you have your entry and exit in the wrong side of the store. Your checkouts are on the left therefore the exits should be on the left. Good to see they have now listened and corrected the situation

Fork lift driver kept us waiting to load 36 sleepers for 40 min while he stood around talking. And I repeatedly reminded him we were waiting on him

Pretty standard bunnings really - not particularly big by their standards but still with a pretty good range. Just try and avoid weekend mornings.

Bunnings will always have a place in my heart with always going with my dad and playing on the playground and buying a lamington from the cafe then going outside and buying a fresh Bunnings Snag from the old folk and the stand.
