Bunnings Fairfield Waters

Quite disapointed and appalled by the customer service given to myself and mother yesterday when your team member in leasure quite obviously didnt want the $1000+ sale we went there for.very rude, gave a snarky remark which drove us right out the store.i would be calling that member in for a perfomance review about good customer service.wont be recommending this store.

Great bunnings, not so busy it is annoying (usually) and busy enough so you are not alone. Come one come all. Little kid trolleys for some photo opportunities with your little shoppers. Have a snag in bread with onions, mustard, and bbq sauce, if you have stella taste such as myself

This store is layed out very well, is friendly and air-conditioned and clean with uncluttered aisles. Plenty of room for manoeuvring the wheelchair. Excellent.

It is a Bunnings store that has nearly everything that you need to have for jobs at home or at work. What I do like about this store was how really friendly the staff are and knowledgeable about there products in this particular store, if you don't know what you are doing and you what to know how it's done the the staff here will put you in the right path, as they did for me.

Poorest service I've ever had in a bunnings store. After asking for help I walked out after waiting 15 minutes. Should have left when a tradie told me I'm wasting my time waiting for service. He was 100% correct. Will never shop there again.

Try and get RP7 with the superior spray nozzle, its disappeared from your shelves and only WD40 products are available - there's a problem with the wd40 nozzles, I used the PTFE after buying it twice and the head separated from.the can, I had to push it down again - there's always a problem with the wd40 nozzle/ heads. Bunnings say they have RP7 but when you get there it's nowhere to be seen. You need an ecosystem of choice when it comes to spray lubricant

Helpful staff. Top show to the staff tonight 18.04.23 in the tool section. Cool heads and great patience. Thanks to the guy there who helped me rig a castor to fit a bird cage where one had to think outside the box. I got home and it worked no worries. No glue required either. Other staff I encountered were also friendly and helpful. Great stuff keep it up you are appreciated

Friendly staff, great people and range.
I really wish they would sort out the self service checkout!
It never seems to be open and when asked about it the staff said it was an issue with staff numbers.
It gets frustrating when the tool shop is the only checkout available and there is a big line up.
It seems like an easy fix but is alway an issue.
Sort it out please Bunnings!

What wonderful staff they have at Bunnings Fairfield Waters form the two young men that helped get some corregated iron to the lovely young Kimberly from the service desk for all the help in delivering my sheet of iron after I couldn’t get it in my car, this is my favourite place to shop, a big thankyou to the lovely staff there

Lovely quick visit today. Very helpful knowledgeable assistant in garden section. Went only for spray, but came home with seedlings & plant also! Thank you Bunnings!

Ok. I prefer the other two stores but Fairfield aren't as disorganized as they used to be and have improved their customer service.

Friendly staff, well laid out in typical bunnings design which makes things much easier to find items. Well stocked and clean

Must have been a bit late in the day for Darren in the timber section to be bothered to get up and help, all that half can't be bothered advice while sitting on a pile of concrete bags near the eternal doors, pointing for me to head to isle 3 at the other end of the section and find it myself. Couldnt get help from the guy guiding the forklift once there and left without getting what was needed. Gold medal to Darren for the worst Bunnings service ever and having owned a trade business, we have been regulars. Not at Fairfield now, will drive the extra to get the great service from the other Bunnings stores.

Absolutely disgusted in Kim at Bunnings today. 10/11/22 @ 1520. So bloody rude to my 3 kids. Not acceptable.

Nice clean store. My favourite Bunnings in Townsville. Lots of car parks, no shade though. Super friendly staff and helpful.

Good range, easy access, just off the Bruce (M1) for caravan, and plenty of parking available.

But I haven't had a bunnings snag in so long I have almost forgotten that it was even a thing once.
