Bunnings Carseldine

I recently bought a Mimosa Daybed and can’t speak highly enough of the salesperson who helped me. Mark at Carseldine went above and beyond. He had already finished his shift but happily helped me with my purchase all the way from finding where the item was stored, taking it to the checkout and explaining the best way for me to buy, and assisting me at checkout.
He REALLY needs to be applauded.

Bought a clearance item that had a vage description item black writing on black paper under the clearance sticker. Got turned away by a Karen for a return won't be shopping at this Bunnings ever again

Sliced my finger on a broken paver in the nursery section today, asked for a band aid at the counter that had a first aid sign and was told they don't have any bandaids or even tissues there

Purchased an outdoor patio setting, Mimosa Table and chairs and two larger chairs, on Saturday. Brilliant customer service from young Ryan, great price, packed carefully and delivered the next day…Really impressed with the whole purchase and Ryan couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous throughout.very rare nowadays so good on you Ryan, a credit to the Bunnings Carseldine team! …Thankyou.

We needed some wood to build our Plant box and we needed alot of cunning and specific measurements. Daniel from the timer yard was absolutely helpful and very professional, he knew what he was doing. Thank you again for your great help you were amazing!

This bunnings seem to have the nicest staff, always very helpful for the times I have been about a whipper snippet and lawn mower down to options on bolts to use on a certain project. Don't seem to try and run away if you look like your going to ask a question. The only issue seems to be staffing of the special orders desk but they can only do the best they can with a limited staff available. All round one of the best ones.

Bunnings Carseldine are generally so busy helping everyone they skip lunch. Recently I needed some lights for work, after visiting 4 different lighting shops I tried Bunnings. First staff member I asked had all the right answers and she even gave me a choice of product & the cost was very competitive. Thanks Bunnings, Tracey.

Must have been a Staff Training Day when I was there last? With avoiding eye contact and ignoring customers a strong part of this Bunnings Staff Training Program. Another strategy involves Staff congregating in groups, seemingly in deep dicussion, one of the most well practiced scenarios.

Wicked bunnings, great stock, helpful staff and plenty of variety. Always worth a visit if you need tools, paint, electrical supplies or building materials.

All Bunnings centres are great if you ask me. However, this one can be a bit hard to get in to due to all the traffic accessing the neighbouring stores.

Great store they have a wide selection and a large variety of pant and grown herbs and spices ready to plant for your needs

One other day, I rented an Ute for 4 hours from this place and returned on time without issue. When I come and return the car back, they said I ran over 100Kms which clearly I did not as I was running just on local roads for maybe 30Kms. This resulted the additional km charge. The overcharge they wanted was only $12, but I refused to pay cos it was not just fair and complained about the milleage discrepancy. After pretty long fuss and manager involved, they finally accepted mileage discrepancy. But it was not over yet please keep reading.

To my surprise, I wanted to rent again from them today, but I found out that I am blacklisted. BLACKLISTED. Message to everyone who are going to use their service, DO NOT complain or you will blacklisted too!

Not the best bunnings, not much stock. Not many staff when you have questions. The other bunnings have more stock. This one needs to fix its stock system

Absolutely disgusting service, your greeter just grunts at people.
I get the whole COVID issue but having one door in and one out is stupidity at its best when it’s 7pm Monday night and quiet. I was still made to push a trolley with over 160kg of stone 4 times the length of the shortest route to my car.

Only reason I went to carseldine is lawnton was out of stock of the item I needed, maybe your greeter needs to go there and get lessons in how to treat people

Asked for some water for my son as he was hungry and was refused the water because my partner wasn't a tradie ‍️

Great store, staff can be a little inconsistent when it comes to customer service at times. Great equipment at the hire shop for sheeting your ceiling and sanding your timber floors!

Only downer can not take my greyhound in there one person stuffs it for all good people. I would suggest a logas u walk in fill out who u are what is your dog u must take responsibility for your dog

Typical Bunnings store. Went early evening so not crowded. Discombobulated as store layout totally different to store I usually go to. Never knew where I was. No people on checkouts at completion of shopping.
