The product I bought broke and I didn't have the receipt.no problem for Jacinta on the service desk. I gave her my purchase details, she printed a new receipt and I re-purchsed. Eric on the tool desk, showed me how to put it together the store was crazy but both staff members were awesome.great ambassadors for Bunnings

What a joke. Staff standing around the carpark and loitering near the door. No self check out and only tool shop and returns tills open.do you want to sell anything or provide some form of customer service on a Friday lunchtime.

Went in to get some paint samples (22/07/23) and the bloke working there Zak was absolutely incredible. Super friendly, really helpful, and even helped explain how the paint machine worked to my son. Awesome service 100%

Plenty of parking and also drive through trades area
Trades area and tolls area especially had heaps of good helpful service

Staff are helpful but you can't always trust the website when it says an item is "In Stock"

Customer service was non existent from two middle aged women at this store. No respect and they showed no intention of wanting to help. A lovely young man in aisle 4 put them to shame with his politeness and willingness to help me. More staff training required for these staff members I suggest.

Shout out to Bunnings capalaba. We ordered a water heater few days ago (delivery couple of wks away) however the current one burst this morning. My father made a visit to their warehouse and they refunded my zip purchase straight away without putting me through a lengthy customer service line and text us a receipt instantly. Thank you for taking some stress out of our morning!

I needed metho. None on the shelf. I asked Rory could you ask someone to check out the back if there's more there. He did ask and more was found. Thanks Bunnings Capalaba. Cheers Gray

Easy to find a park, great place to find more than you need.
Staff always helpful.
Some product shortages ATM.
Always grateful for toilets inside.

I never have too many issues at Bunnings Capalaba. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. I always find every visit terribly expensive as I go in for 1 thing and come out with 10. And when the sausages are cooking.magical.

The red haired woman at the checkout was so rude when i went to pay for my purchases this morning. Because i had three pine fencing posts, which don't have a barcode, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience having to deal with me. Even when i gave her the details and dimensions of the posts, she was really dismissive, as if it was fault she had no idea what she was doing. I told her several times that they were pine, but even then she put them through as hardwood, and tried to charge me at extra $50. Terrible service

Same old Bunnings most things are available don't leave home without your wallet full of folding stuff

Please open more registers when you can see a line building up. 1 lane plus tool register and mo self serve = unhappy customers to an otherwise good store

Has most of what we need, but check on line first. If not at capalaba you will find it a Manly West.

DON'T USE CLICK AND COLLECT.
I tried to follow lockdown rules and use click and collect, I parked in the bay and called and was told to wait and my order would be out soon, 40 minutes later I had to go inside and pick up my order.

My experience at Bunnings can only be described as another waste of time. I wanted to buy a wheelbarrow so I found a wheelbarrow I liked but it had no price tag on it, near it or anywhere in the whole isle. So the only choice left is to go to Bunnings website and that gives me a headache just thinking about it. But anyway I have a look for the price, Well according to there website the wheelbarrow sitting right in front of me with 5 of his mates doesn’t exist. So I just walked out and tomorrow morning I’ll walk into trade tools and get a wheelbarrow with no hassles whatsoever. It might be $20 dearer at trade tools, but I’ll save more money because I won’t be wasting time going to Bunnings.funnings

Disinterested with a touch of "not my problem" when asking for assistance with when a product would be available. Very disappointed!

This is the bunnings to go to on the basis of you want to find everything, my local is out of stock a lot but this one is always stocked well.
