Bunnings Caboolture

Best Bunnings store I have ever shopped at. My last visit I had 4 different people offer assistance within 10 minutes! No comparison to other Bunnings stores where you can't even find someone to help if you go looking. Team are knowledgeable and work with a smile. Keep up the fabulous work.

Love this new store, especially the garden centre. It is set out well, pots, plants and mixes all outside together. Plenty of parking and friendly staff.

It’s Bunnings what can I say? However the paint Queen works here and she is the best mixer / adviser I’ve ever met

Bunnings little secret is open at the Big Fish. Sick of not being able to park at the Morayfield store? Sick of the queues at the checkout and dodging trolleys in the aisles at the Morayfield store. It's a breeze at Caboolture, happy smiling faces to greet you too. When entering from the lights, don't drive too fast otherwise you'll miss the sharp right turn into the car park after the left bend.

I am strongly against the card payment only policy. It's a disgrace to have only one spot and hidden too, where customers can pay cash. I hope customers will shop somewhere else if Bunnings is not reopening Cash counters.
Many people see that loosing cash is loosing power. No electricity no cash no shopping.

Not that busy here yet, and it’s a new store. I prefer to come here rather than go to the Morayfield Bunnings, even though it’s farther away.
The special orders desk staff are a lot nicer to deal with as well.

We were at your store on Sunday 16 April and need some much needed help in the flooring department. Your two staff members Tash & Diane were absolutely fantastic with their help and nothing was too much trouble. Huge Thankyou to both of them.
Ps. I have always had a dislike for Bunnings especially the morayfield store with their rudeness (which I have witnessed with other customers) but all your staff at Caboolture we have dealt with over the last couple weeks have been nothing but lovely and helpful.

I was greeted with great service from a bright young man named kendal.i was looking for some wood and everytime i go to bunnings they never give me the best wood i need but kendal gave me his wood in a politefull manor.wood come again!

Awesome customer service. Staff are really very helpful. Car park is huge. I’ve been to a lot of Bunnings stores and everyone has been really great, not dimming other stores light, but Caboolture takes the cake hands down for customer service.

The same layout as all the others, shelves all arranged to perfection. Very friendly staff - all had pink Easter Bunny ears on - happy staff everywhere - helping you personally for requests! Thank you! The Garden section was amazing - temptations everywhere. Ready for Easter and Mother's Day. Great shop - now I don't have to drive to Morayfield or Caloundra - and the shop is air-conditioned! If you had enough for wandering around - a nice little ️ area is there!

Good service inside, but hard to find from freeway. Went around streets which led nowhere. Needs better signage. Too much hassle trying to find road into Bunnings

Love the new Bunnings. Bit of experience this week when l was there the lights went out in the whole centre and traffic lights. The staff were amazing offering torches and any help. Thumbs up to you Caboolture Bunnings Staff

Had good Experience, Got a click and Collect Car park, staff did not take too long to attend,

Great store very open and heaps of shops to go shopping. Tell the wife at Coles that you need to pick up that hedge trimmer or bring her along staff are friendly. Great for a browse check it out.

Good layout, easy to navigate inside the store, not overcrowded didn't feel like I was stepping on people's ankles.even grab a snag before you go shopping, great for when you're hungry!

Cracking Review from me for a Gentleman at this store that proved to me that old school service and a good attitude are still alive and well in Bunnings Caboolture. After being messed around and spoken to Rudely by 2 seemingly senior people at the nearest other Bunnings Morayfield, a chap in the Lawn Trimmer section named Bobby twigged to a seemingly unopened but in his opinion a little light in weight box being the last one in store and that I was ready to purchase for $369. This gentleman saved me a lot of coming back and repackaging drama and then found me a complete unit and booked it for my pick up at Bunnings Caloundra today.
All with a Great and Polite attitude.

Went to the store on Saturday afternoon (18/03/23) and was very impressed with the service from the young gentleman on the counter in the tool section.

Waited 20 mins at special order counter.when served the computer didn, t work. Total waste of time
