I have been shopping here for years and mostly disappointed when i have to try find help. Staff members are challengingto find. However,
this morning I was pleasantly surprised. Debbie "the plumbing specialist" greeted me with a friendly, welcoming "good morning " as I entered the plumbing aisle whilst mumbling to myself that I was silly forgetting my tape measure. She then disappeared before I could ask for help. I thought to myself, "hmmm! Typical staff here". Well, how wrong was I. She popped up a second later with a paper tape measure for me and asking if I'd needed any help. And yes, she knows her stuff. Advised me on the exact fitting and pipes etc. Explaining how everything goes together. A huge thank you to you, Debbie and congratulations on the best customer service I've experienced at Bunnings Burleigh Waters ever

Update your bloody stock listing within store, you just waste 2hrs and fuel, when your staff check for availability in 2 stores and when I get there, there is none.incompetent morons

Very poor customer service, asked for help to purchase a Torque Wrench from young male team member. It required a key to unlock item from rack he walked off and never came back, asked lady at counter she was nice and helped.

Great place to get the ropes cages and tape needed to set up your garage as place to entertain women.

I was in Bunnings Burleigh Waters buying a garden shed. The young man who was working in the garden centre was extremely helpful, went a got a special trolley for me & helped load it. We even had a bit of a laugh. Good to see & thanks for the help.

Very annoying, twice this week I checked availability of products before going to the store only to find when I got there they had none. The second time was only ten minutes before going there.

This is one of their monster stores. They stock everything.
I had to go to the garden department twice in the one day and even with a mask, the guy at the front remembered me.
That is, to me, one of the hallmarks of great service.

So much choice. Friendly staff. Someone called "Guy" was really helpful and patient when I was needing painting assistance. Really thankful!

This morning I wanted a replacement bathroom vent. The two young men I first approached were unable to assist and weren't really interested. I then found Julie who stopped what she was doing and took me to a part of the store where she found the last one available. She was very cheerful and obliging. I highly commend her.

I have found the Customer Service really lacking at this store. I suffer chronic pain, and cannot bend down etc, and have been doing up my garden and had problems with some plants. I have had okay service but nothing to write home about
One night it was near closing and I asked the lady if she could please have someone help me to get downstairs, there were staff everywhere. I know it was near closing.but.she was not impressed and said she would have to find someone.when I asked could noone there out of 6 people do it? It did not go down well

I did a complaint to Management, and the manager phoned me and brushed it off.

I went to the Q Bunnings, where the service has always been excellent.they told me to call the Bunnings at Burleigh Waters as they deal with Landscapers and Horticulturists, as my garden is in need of help. I called there and spoke with Alan, who they said may come out and do it. He said he cannot do that with lockdown etc, I told him that the Q Bunnings had suggested that they would know of a Landscaper or horticulturist being such a big Bunnings.and he said no sorry I am from NSW.and I asked if he could just make a note to ask around as he was the only person on today.
You could tell he had no intention of it, and he just answered ye okay.and got off the phone.but he did not get my phone number - so, as I felt.it was correct.he had no intention to go any further.

I wouldn't bother complaining again.just won't go there

Love this Bunnings! Lots of fun to have a look and buy plants and seedlings. Good customer service. Plenty of car park spaces under cover, easy shopping.

One of the bigger Bunnings on the coast. So it stocks pretty much everything you need to get from a Bunnings. Definitely my pick for the Southern end of the coast.

This Bunnings branch is always well stocked with pretty much anything you can think of to maintain and improve a house or garden. Staff are knowledgeable, and willing to offer advice, and shoppers have the luxury of being able to access coffee, snacks, public toilets, and informative pamphlets and DIY guides. A great one stop shop. You can also bring your dog as long as under control and prepared to sit in a trolley!

Well what can you say it's Bunnings, you walk in wanting something and walk out buying 10 other things that you think you need and then grab a snag on the way out

BUNNINGS TROLLIES ARE DANGEROUS! The bottom part extends past eye contact which means customers are always running into the person in front. WHERE IS BUNNINGS "DUTY OF CARE" when they are deemed "NOT RESPONSIBLE" for customer injuries within their store? Why won't they at least flag the distance so users can determine how far they are to other people? How many elderly people must you hurt or cripple? Totally irresponsible! My mum has to now limp at 88 years old after being hit while shopping at Burleigh. There are many similar accidents in-store and NO ACCOUNTABILITY by store owners
