Bunnings Bundaberg reviews
55Friendly service, communication if a issue accours is professionally dealt with. All good.
What can I say. It's Bunnings. Same items as any other Bunnings around the state. Parking is a little sketchy, but hey, when you have a well known name, it's expected
Personal at front door not very good at knowing where to go what happened to there devices that tell them where to go.
Got it all, friendly staff.only gotcha is its so hot in there once your in you just want to get out.
Typically Bunnings. Had most of the things I needed. The lady that helped me from special orders and who was a plumbing expert was fantastic I think her name was Casey or Carey.
They deserve less than 1 star, I received a weather station as a Christmas present which was purchased 400km away on a powerplus card (which receives a 5% discount), after setting it up and plugging it in, the screen flashed twice then it blew up followed by a cloud of smoke.i went to bunnings bundaberg to have it swapped over for one that works, I was treated quite rudely from the start then was told as I dont have the powerpass card I have to pay an extra $12 if I wanted to have it swapped for another one.i felt this was BS given wesfarmers is a multi billion dollar corporation that is more than happy to stock their shelves 90% with cheap Chinese products at ridiculous prices then expect more money to fix their defective products.even their own staff were using the F word when I had a problem with it. NOT GOOD ENOUGH
How ridiculous they sell ozito mowers and all the other ozito products. But don't sell the blades or anything else you need for them! Special order needed and wait up to 14 days. You are a joke!
Everytime I go to Bunnings, everytime they overcharge me even when I tell them the item/s have been marked down and I know 100 percentage to check my docket because everytime they overcharge me. I live to far out just to run back. EVERYTIME
What is better then a bunnings snag and shopping for hardware outdoor living or plants. That's right nothing.
We had a good experience last visit. Only there for a short time but we found what we needed. It's good we can take our chihuahua. Love the plants
Just had my usual annual experience with Bunnings. Entered the store eagerly with an idea to purchase something and ask a few preliminary questions. After finding the product I chased several red shirted employees up and down aisles. To no avail. See you again next year. Maybe.
I have been a loyal customer for many years. I spent over $10000 per year. The past 18 months has been extremely disappointing. I had several expensive items breaking on me and each time Bunnings would not help other then to send me away to a third party service place. My latest is a Yardking 4T line trimmer. The plastic air inlet/choke is broken. The unit is 18 months old and Bunnings can not help and no spares available. Have used this unit 4 times.
As Bunnings are, this is a massive store. Staff were really friendly and helpful with a great amount of staff on hand. The store was lovely and clean with shelves stocked. Great store
Wide Bay Hospital had an immunisation tent for those wanting to get their COVID-19 vaccine.
Probably the best bunnings I've ever been to, mostly because there were plenty of staff to help customers. No matter where you look there were workers nearby
I use to go to our Bunnings all the time like weekly but I just feel the level of service has dropped considerably maybe the staff need to spend less time chatting to each other and interact with customers
, a lot of the time I feel like I’m putting staff out by asking for help you can see it on there face
Never assume that a customer knows what there looking for if your in an section and a customer walks in just ask can I help with anything today trust me the more times a customer hears those words the more they will want to return
On the up side Mitre 10 thanks you for your bad service as I now go there instead
My husband and I were shopping for a couple of chairs in the leisure department and Kelli assisted us. What an absolute delight she is 10 stars for service, knowledge and as a representative of Bunnings. Thanks Kelli you made our day
Lots of new plants in the garden section.
Lots of helpful staff with a great sense of humor.
Service slack prices have gone up to a ridiculous level. It is an effort to find staff most times
Bunnings Bundaberg, well what can I say. Nothing more than the only place I would consider in the community for all my trade and gardening supplies. Very affordable with experienced staff who always can answer any questions of any uncertainty I may have about a product or where a certain item is located in the store.
Found a lot of the cashiers and door staff to have a bit of arrogance specially the female staff members. However, can't fault 95% of floor staff they are to congratulated on their patience & trying to help or give advice or steer us in the right directions. To all these men & women thankyou
