Bunnings Browns Plains

My family had very unhappy experiences in browns plains bunnings today, my mom was talked rudely by one of the staff including some racial discrimination words. One of the indian looking girl showed the smiling face to the white customers and expressed the poker face to us, is it because we are asians? I hope the manager can see this review and train your staff properly! This is Australia, a multi cultural country!

I went through the self service today with a spray can of paint, I’ve done this many times before. The women (employee) over seeing the self service checkouts proceeded to give the rudest most sarcastic lecture on what’s the point of a “self service “ register IF I use it with items that need her assistance.she was so rude, ranting in my face. She literally counted out the four self service registers and said how was she suppose to help everyone on them. There was only me. In future I think mitre 10 is looking very good.

Why employ untrained staff who have no idea or give you the incorrect information? Others can be found asleep on the bottom of shelves or whereever they feel like taking a nap! Highly disorganised store, spent more time looking for items that I couldn't find.
There's good stores around, unfortunately this isn't one of them!

Always love going to Bunnings they have such a variety I always spend more than I should on stuff for my gardens, and pots.

Mostly Met with nice staffs. Anyway, this morning I met with wrong person who did not respond me when I said Good Morning, I didn't know she was on her mobile (or RF scanner), so I said again "excuse me" but she responded highly tune "give me time". I just said "Sorry/No problem" & left her (not young anymore woman).

Hopefully she understand code of conduct and willing to change her service better.

Anyway, you have lots many great and polite staffs.

As I live a long distance from browns plains Bunnings I decided to call and get costing of material for a project - after trying twice not even getting to speak to any one just got the loop of jargon I gave up - poor effort Bunnings!

Love this toy store, lost for hours and can have a great coffee while hiding from the kids

I recently visited this Bunnings location and unfortunately had an uncomfortable encounter with some of the racist staff.

Upon entering, I noticed a blond lady at the entrance who seemed to give me a cold stare and did not greet me. This made me feel quite uneasy. However, shortly after, I observed her engaging with a colleague, and she had a completely different demeanour, wearing a smile on her face. This stark contrast in behaviour left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Regrettably, this is not the first instance of encountering such behaviour at this particular Bunnings store. I have visited other Bunnings locations before and have always had positive experiences. It is disheartening to find that this store does not uphold the same standards of customer service.

I hope the management takes note of this issue and takes appropriate action to address it. Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment should be a priority for every establishment, and it is essential to ensure that every customer feels valued and respected.

Bunnings is always good but only the employees make the difference. The employees in this branch is really not helpful and you could end up in a mess. The alternate shop is the compton road bunnings.

The staff here really try go above and beyond, a step up from the lack of service from Bethania.

I just went to bunnings went to get my things for work then to the trade counter as usual only to be completely ignored while she was on a private ph call that long I went to self service and when I raised the issue with another staff member he said oh ok that’s nice and basically didn’t want to know. The staff are rude not spending another cent$ there ever again so rude to my who was 60 years old

18/11/21 Pleasant visit today. Great service and advice from all the staff we encountered. Made our slightly difficult purchase very easy, including 2 free coffees for the wait because they were busy at the time, very thoughtful.

Rude staff can never find someone to help no products on shelves and they never have the product I'm looking for that is listed on the website I do not recommend

The load and go service was great, convienient and a great person to have in the role, made the experience quick easy and a pleasure

Whilst waiting to pay for my purchases this nice lady noticed that I had my Power Pass card at the ready and she told me all about the Power Pass app; helped me download it and showed me the benefits of using the app, BRILLIANT!

Apart from having wrong information in their website, they don’t seem to value their customers at all. No customer service skills displayed by the team members. Avoid at all costs.

Great service. Always like their range. Staff and always happy to help locate items for you. Just a great place for everything around the home and garden.
