Bunnings Atherton

The weirdest most disjointed bunnings I have ever been to. Very narrow aisles. Outdoor yard across the road. Not very easy to get service.

Must say if not in store can be ordered in.
If not a finished not on the shelf anymore.

The store is a little tight for room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem and you were met with a smile. A very pleasurable experience

Staff are great but the premises are too small. It is jam packed which is great but makes it hard to find things and move through the store

Range obviously isn't as good as Cairns, as it is a much smaller store, but the staff are very knowledgeable & friendly.

This store may not have all the products of a cairns or Brisbane store, however the staff give their all to help you and go out of their way to get the right items for you. Love this store.

We went there to get something that their site said was in stock only to find that it was NOT IN STOCK. They need to keep their website up to date.

Always love my trips to Bunnings. I always come out with more than I went in for. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable

After recently learning that some of the staff in the Atherton store know very little about the products their employer markets to the DIY crowd, it is difficult to award this store more than one star. On two occasions we have purchased two products (nearly $100 each) from this store only to learn several days later the products we purchased were not suitable for our application. So, in retrospect, our first mistake was to trust the advice supplied by the 'knowledgeable' staff instead of spending some time online conducting our own research. Our second mistake was not to consider the other hardware stores in Atherton; often staffed by more experienced and knowledgeable people. Our experience has taught us to shop elsewhere for honest and sensible advice.

I like this store. I always find what I'm looking for when I go & shop there. I find lights for my bathroom are cheaper to buy here

Compact bunnings, not as big as the city stores. Still has a fair bit to choose from. Maybe call first for special items?

This has to be the most frustrating Bunnings in qld. Try order anything online from Bunnings 4883 and 8/10 times it comes back as product unavailable.
Staff are helpfull. Store needs to build on a bigger site and do a proper job. Local Tradies loathe Bunnings and go to Cairns Hardware in droves.

A standard Bunnings, but in half the size building. All the normal range's of products, but really thin isles. Not their fault, but social distancing is not happening.

Atherton Bunnings is a scaled-down version of the metro superstores. Nonetheless, it's handy and offers fairly good service.

The Bunnings store in Atherton is so small you can not buy anything you want with out having to go to Cairns bigger store. The staff and management are absolutely wonderful and also agree with the size of Atherton population it definitely needs a bigger store. Come on Head Office get your act together. If you don’t have the stock you won’t have the sales.

It's great Atherton has a Bunnings but it's very different from a 'normal' Bunnings warehouse. There are fewer lines in stock and unless you are a giraffe the narrow tall isles make it very difficult to find what you want. There are even isles with steel poles that mean a trolley won't go down, you have to reverse out! Bunnings need to figure a way to make a smaller format store work, or find a bigger site.

Great service they are always willing to help out, all the staff on the floor always say hi when they walk past. It would be nice if the store was air-conditioned as it does get very hot in there.
