I’d make it zero stars if possible. Absolutely horrific customer service by Jason in Landscape Department. Wasted time even after Pre calling before travelling out to the store for an exchange. Have left feedback with Bunnings directly. Pick any other Bunnings if you want to be looked after.

I have made a few complaints in the past about the lack of assistance I get from your employees and the lack of customer service in general. I was there again last week and encountered the same slack service, and I am so used to it now, sadly, I cannot even be bothered saying anything anymore.

However, this is the first time I have been able to say something positive, and I couldn't wait to tell you as I would much rather be giving positive feedback. I asked two other staff members today where something was, the guy at the front door and a young guy working up an aisle, and they both gave me the wrong information. I continued to look for the item myself, when all of a sudden I saw a professional-looking gentleman working hard putting items on the shelves. I approached him, and to my surprise, he didn't turn away, have an attitude, or look one bit bothered as your staff normally do. Instead, *George* was friendly, approachable, warm, and professional and told me where he thought the item was but said he would take me there himself just to make sure. WHAT? I couldn't believe it. Never in your store have I received this kind of old-fashioned service where someone escorts me to where the item is, with a lovely smile and superb attitude. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years, even 5-star hotels in LA, such as the Beverly Hills Hotel. I pride myself on my work ethic and exceptional customer service, and your new employee George (who was on his very first shift) was very impressive indeed and someone I would want to work with myself!

I have to say, what a pleasant surprise! I was blown away. *George* gave 5-star service and hopefully his exceptional attitude rubs off onto the other staff members who are not that way inclined. Whoever hired him knows how to recognise talent when they see it and should be in charge of hiring full-time, and George would make an awesome staff trainer too.

Thank you for your time, I think *George* should be employee of the month for November as he is the best employee you have ever had!

The manager, Don, helped us out with an order for timber. He was most helpful, efficient and courteous. Couldn’t have asked for more customer service than what we got.
He is a tribute to what Bunnings stand for and that in our opinion is great customer service

Always a pleasant place to shop. Plenty of staff around to help out when you need it and they are quite knowledgeable. Stock is available most of the time too. The only thing that could be improved is having more registers open so I don't have to use self check out when buying a few items.

Had the best service I have ever experienced in This Bunnings. Young lady at the front desk explained that Blake could help with LED smart lighting, he also referred me to Zeb in electrical who answered all questions and cleared up my confusion. Upon leaving Cameron approached us and asked if he could help with anything. Usually hard to get help in Bunnings as really busy. Well done management on the standards and training in this store. Thanks.

It’s like a toy store for adults it’s amazing how much stuff you never knew you needed until you shop here and swipe your card for payment ha.

Security guard very rude and told me I must wear a mask in store despite suffering asthma. The way he told me was belittling and condescending. This goes against public health guidelines as there are medical exemptions to masks. I will not return to this Bunnings store.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother.
She had the most horrendous experience here tonight (Monday 28th of June around 7.45-8pm) in the PAINT DEPARTMENT by a young female assistant. When my mum first approached the paint counter (there was nobody there waiting) the assistant said to her abruptly ‘go walk round the store for 15 minutes because I’m seeing to a customer’. My mum uses a crutch due to a bad injury so clearly wasn’t fit to just walk around the store for fun, so she patiently waited for 15 minutes. The original customer that the worker mentioned had just left but the worker remained with her back turned to my mum (ignoring her) so she went down to ask her politely a simple question about some white paint. She was immediately verbally attacked, shouting at my mum saying she was “busy” and “I’m seeing to another customer”. She also said she was “the only one trained in paint because no body else in this store wanted to do it”. She then started to verbally abuse my mum, waving her hands about in a very aggressive manner and getting right up to her face. (All of this would definitely be captured on security cameras by the way). The worker was also overhead by a colleague who came over to try and calm her down, but she still went off in a huff. She even walked away (which is funny seeing as she was supposed to be seeing to the other customer?)
Her colleague was very respectful and apologetic to my mother about the whole situation.
Everyone has bad days - we get that, but work is work and no customer should be treated so poorly, especially at a brand as big as Bunnings. We are regular customers and are always treated with great respect. My mother is 70 years old, she felt extremely intimated and threatened and came home in tears.

Amazing. Had a bit of a complicated plumbing return and re purchaser, staff couldn't have been more helpful, from the guy in plumbing to the girl on trade desk handling return. Amazing

Went to have coffee at 8.15 in the morning. Were ignored from young girl in café. She was too busy chatting to colleges. Thought it was rude and wrong. Coffee was not the best. Costumers should come first.

A large, busy, well stocked store in a good location. I was impressed with how cheerful and happy the staff I engaged with were. From the tool shop, to the cafe, to the paint area, landscaping and outdoor furniture, they were very obliging, knowledgeable and helpful. About the cafe, you can now sit down at the tables again. Thankfully.

Bunnings has been my one stop shop for all homewares and gardening supplies for the past 10 years. Anything you need that you can't find anywhere you can generally find here. Trailer hire also is conveneient and affordable. Customer service team are really friendly and helpful.

Mixed feelings about this store. Normally has less stock than the Southport store, but sometimes it surprises and comes up with the goods.

First time ever there was a huge line up to get into Bunnings on Monday, the public holiday after Anzac Day! But it's nothing that a great Bunnings Snag can't fix. Seriously though, these guys are so helpful and sweet. Yall seem to have a great team! Driving just that ~little bit further~ to come to this Bunnings is always worth it

Bunnings Fire wood is Expensive, not trimed, for easy burning, it’s all Water logged and not fit for purpose, buy it if you want a smoke filled environment and sore eyes

Visit this place a lot. A bit brassed off when they turn the sprinklers on at lunch time so you can't get anywhere near the plants I know you have to water them but given what you sell I would of thought that timers at night would of been a better option than having to call the horticulturist Who may I add was not happy and just moved it to the next Isle and soaked more of your customers who were trying to look at your plants
