Bundy West Takeaway & Convenience Store

We paid $19 for delivery for a large portion. Yes, we paid more for delivery; however, the portion was so tiny that it was only enough for one. Their excuse was that they have to pay the online order fee, even though it says that WE pay it. They also said that no matter what size you order with delivery, they always give the same sized portion because it’s an online order, how ridiculous! I know that the cost of living has gone up, and businesses pay more rent, electricity, insurance and wages, but we are talking about potatoes for crying out loud! I know this is a very first-world problem, but I felt robbed because it was the most pathetic portion I’ve witness compared to cost and I’ll never give them my business again, and encourage everyone else to go elsewhere.

Ordered a large chips and I would get more in a medium fries at mcDonalds. I called them and they said they have to pay for the online platform. When I called they said they need to charge more to cover the platform costs. But when we order online we pay for the service and delivery fee. I do not understand why customer need to be charge again. Absurd. Do not recommend this store and definitely will not be returning.

Clean n tidy store good food with nice friendly service but very disappointed with quantity for price.
Will be a last resort if I purchase there again.

Customer service was excellent but the prices were a bit too expensive. A pie and sausage roll "no bigger then my pinky finger" was $10? I also ordered 1x fish and family chips for nearly $30?

Overall the food wasn't to bad just the price was abit to much. Kind regards LilBauSav

Chips were soggy. Manager was yelling at staff when I got there and continued being rude in front of other customers

New owners and absolutely beautiful food. Have a kids area which is every parents must have whilst out having lunch or dinner.

Helena cooks a great bread crumb flake and her chips are perfect. Try her Korean steak burger. OMG it was to die for.thanks for the great food and awesome customer service.

Absolutely lovely lady who serves at this shop. Customer service winner in my eyes. I'm mid 30's & never had such a bloody beautiful massive burger before! My fave is the $11 works burger. Great value, HUGE, great flavour & always hits the spot. Pretty quick cook times too considering the place is small & only 1 lady in the kitchen. This, coming from a fussy pregnant woman

Wow incredible food, great value for money, great service, owners were excellent. Very quick cooking for an order for 7 people. Will definitely go back and spread the word.

If we could give you NO stars we would. Not good value for the money. Ordered Burgers, fish and chips, fish was totally burnt and chips were undercooked tasted so horrible. Biggest disappointment because from the street it looked inviting. I would Never go again.
