Worst experience ever. Called to send a package was told to go to website to email to get quote, then couldn’t place order without setting up an account, then couldn’t set up an account in time to send our parcel. Most rude customer service ever. Avoid this business at all costs.

Very disappointed with this company they withheld $1500 wages because I failed to give sufficient notice I was leaving. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

There are plenty of good businesses using the Bundy name and doing Queensland proud - sadly this "Mob" is not one of them!

Warehouse staff are fantastic - management and customer service staff have to be some of the worst I have ever come across!

If someone walked into our business with Bundy Bullet as a reference, it would be a pretty good reason NOT to give them a job!

They are full of excuses about how they are just a delivery service provider but that is not the problem - the problem is the attitude of the people who work there!

The funny thing is they dont think we are one of their customers, a bold statement, as we have had an account with them for over 10 years, we dont use it because their service is shocking!

Automated Telephone system, Dont bother Ringing, your call is important.bull.

Can’t speak for their services but not a good look to witness one of their drivers purposely run someone off the road. No response from the company when informed about the incident.
